The room was very comfortable, I had a wonderful time and I could sleep well.

There were some technical issues with my room card, but the service was excellent to find a solution in an instant.

I think the working person can be more pleasant.. nothing to eat except pizza or spaghetti and the hotel is not close some restaurants if you aren't with the car. I go with the bus to center, but need 15 stop to come, approximately 20 minutes with the bus. For a woke, around 1,2 ours. Luckily, the bus come every 30 minutes on day, but after 8 pm, it's problem..

Close to Autobahn, clean and nice breakfast.

We booked for four person and we got two spare beds instead of a sofa-bed that was mentioned in the booking of the junior suite, they were uncomfortable.

It was clean and really comfortable to stay. The breakfast was a great variety of food and drinks like juice, coffee, and tea. It was delicious ?.

The water was not very warm for taking a shower, but the bathroom was clean ?.

We were in transit. Excellent location. Very close to the highway. Very comfortable. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money. We were very satisfied. We will be back..

The behavior of the staff was rude, desapointing. They lied regarding dinner, the offered at the end frozen pizza, the lied that they prepared it, they refused to take it to the room although deliveries were delivered the whole time.

The Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In

- They say you don’t need a credit card and that you don’t need to pay in advance. However, as soon as I made the reservation through Booking, they sent me an SMS asking for a credit card for pre-authorization and also added an extra €50 to the pre-authorization.- When I arrived at the hotel, they asked me again to show proof of payment.- The door system with the card was not working, so I had to carry both the keys and the card to keep the lights on in the room.- The trash can in the toilet didn’t work, so I had to ask for another one.- The next day, the door system was working, but they didn’t offer to exchange the keys for the card.- During check-out, I returned the keys and they said everything was fine. An hour after I left the hotel, they called me saying I hadn’t paid for my stay, and I had to go back. When I returned, they claimed I only had the pre-authorization. Then, they gave me a receipt and said everything was settled. When I asked about the extra €50 I had paid, they told me that the receipt only showed the charges for the two stays and that Booking.com would refund me, even though Booking.com had not received any payment. When I pointed this out, the staff became very impatient with me.- I didn’t receive my refund, so a few days later, I contacted the hotel again. They told me to wait a bit longer. I waited another week, and still nothing. I contacted them again and received the same response. The third week was the same. Finally, I called my bank, and they informed me that the money would be refunded within a month after the pre-authorization. That was the only way I was able to get my money back.

Everything was great. We were able to find parking easily by the hotel. The room was very spacious for our family. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The staff was spot on with the service provided. They made the check in process very easy for us.

Parking free on the road was scarce, but you could pay for parking to park in the hotel’s underground parking. Wizhed parking was free

facilities in my room especially the bathroom, cleanliness, calmness, comfort of the bed and pillows, refreshments (water, tea, coffee)

Separate blankets for a double bedroom, no sugar for the coffee/tea in the room

Breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Very close to the highway.

During early morning you can hear trucks passing by and unloading goods close to the hotel. It is not completely calm place for full resting.
