Ignore the negative reviews, you will not be disappointed with this place. Great start with a friendly welcome from staff member behind reception (apologies for forgetting your name) who spoke great English, and a nice little bar for a few beers.Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, loads of parking spaces and fast reliable Wi-Fi.Learnt that the property has been under new ownership since October and there are big plans for the place.No restaurant right now, but this is on the cards apparently.As for the location, it suited us as we were there for work, so you may have to do a bit of investigating as to whether it would suit a tourists needs.Would definitely stop again if I am in the area.Only there for one night but thanks for a great stay.

Only a minor one, the quilts could do with being bigger, but have since learnt this appears to be common to hotels across Germany.

No coffee machine in the room, but at least makes you get up and go to the bakery in the morning for a coffee ?

Beautiful apartment. Ill remeber how good the shower gel smelled, it had some herbs in it. View from the window is great. Frogs didnt make problems as other people mentioned. I guess they were asleep at this part of the year. Generally the part of the city in which the hotel sits was really pleasant to walk in at night. There were many shops and everything is available without getting the feel you stayed in shopping centre. Staff was nice and explained everything we asked.

Pillow was too soft so I had to switch to my own. Minibar didnt work properly. Many places had some dust on it. Besides that a perfect stay.

Wonderful location next to a lake

The most unorganized hotel I have been to. Among other things, they gave me a room key to someone else's room. I saw stuff in the room but I thought it belonged to my sister and started to moving it. In the middle of it I realized the stuff did not belong to her becacuse no way she would have such a grey backpack lol.

Easy to find, good free parking, comfortable and clean room, excellent staff who went out of their way to help me order in pizza when I arrived tired from a long journey

I'm sorry but this hotel didn't deserve more than 2 stars, the mattresses were bad, dust everywhere, it probably hasn't been wiped for 2 months, and embarrassing straw cloths on the corners and ceiling. Disappointing

- A lot of free parking spots available right by the hotel- Very good price-to-quality ratio- Big room with comfortable facilities, including the bed- Quite interesting/unusual view from the window- Not so far away by car from the city centre

- Some spiders and spider nets right behind and around the windows (I don't care much, but my wife was pretty scared)

Quiet room, reasonable price

Room on the 6th floor, elevator was broken for three days. The hotel is in an industrial area. The police showed up to settle fights between the hotel guests.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. It’s a typical modern hotel.

Breakfast - expensive. Scrambled eggs overcooked and burned. Coffee, poor quality. Beans, over roasted. Charcutier, tasteless. Evetything very expensive :( Smoked salmon, the lowest quality possible. Bathroom outdated.

A modern, clean, and well-maintained hotel located in a business area, in a quiet place, near the park, helpful staff, easily accessible by bus.We were attending a concert at the Donau Arena, which is within walking distance from the hotel.

Late in the evening, after the concert, the lobby and main entrance were closed, which caused some inconvenience with the delivery of the food we had ordered to the hotel.

The room had no facility for making tea/coffee, something which is highly important for business clients. No evening restaurant disappointing. Staff seemed depressed, continual problems with key cards.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as some of the hotels that I stayed in the management can plan a better breakfast menu. I wasn’t pleased with breakfast for the price.

Better breakfast menu like ham or bacon the scramble eggs were cooked to long.
