New construction, clean, varied items on breakfast buffet

Pillows were terrible (flat). Bedding was average/adequate.

No socket for charging next to the bed, that's all

Great location for a stroll into the centre. Easy to get to from main routes via car. Despite advising upon booking that they could not reserve parking for us, they had a designated space waiting for us when we checked in which was extremely helpful.

Small room, no tea/coffee or fridge in the room and no outlets by the bed. Having stayed in a standard Best Western the previous two nights I expected more from a Signature Collection Hotel but beside from the character of the building and decor I didn’t feel it was worth the extra cost.

Lovely hotel, close to the center. Nice room with big windows. Very friendly staff. We would book this again.

Great location, clean and tidy, very functional.

However, more than half of the carpark was empty, receptionist told i need to find parking place elsewhere. It seems, they do not need the money.

The location is ok, not far away from the inner city and public transportation. The reception was generous and helpful. The room space is ok, and really clean. Enough space and lots of storage make me feel more comfortable.

The breakfast options were quite limited and when some food already empty, it took time long time to re-supply. Another concern is the water pressure, especially in the rush hour like early morning or in the night.

All was great. Sven was very helpful and always happy and smiling. Very friendly!The beds were great, and breakfast was incredible!Highly recommend it.

The wifi is very poor-disgraceful to be precise. The receptionists seem to be well aware of this problem.The carpets are a dowdy brown colour and are well worn. The place has little character or atmosphere.

Location to visit Regensburg is very good.Spacious room.

No reply to questions asked in mail before our stay.We had a noisy room, because of the traffic and room in front of the hotel, although we had asked for a quiet room.

Slightly small room

Excellent location to explore the old town centre, room was not too big but clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was fantastic!! Even on the 4th floor. Staff were very friendly and accomodating with parking as we arrived before noon on checkin day and left after noon on checkout day. Breakfast was superb and had everything that Germans usually eat for brekkie.I would 100% return when going back to Regensburg

The room was comfortable. The breakfast excellent with many choices. The hotel is located in about 20 minutes walk from the train station and very close to the center. There is also a bus that goes to the train center, but I preferred to walk. The room was quiet.

Clean and tidy. Well placed just out of the main town but easy to walk to the centre. Breakfast was excellent. Varied and plentiful. Fresh produce was good.

The overall cleanliness of the property was exceptional. Modern decoration of the room exceeded our expectations. Location of the hotel was excellent with only a 5 minute walk to the centre

Had to go home.

The hotel is in a historic building. The rooms are in excellent, modern shape. The breakfast was very good. The location is at the edge of the historic city center (there is a gate of the city walls just "next to the hotel"). Thus one can reach these sites easily by foot. Public transportation from main station is via bus.

This beautiful hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the centre. It was very quiet being so close to town.The room was very comfortable, clean and pleasant.Most of all the staff was outstanding, I like to mention specially Frau Suess and her reception staff.All in all a very lovely stay ... I will come back !
