Pros +
- The friendliness of the staff, the bar that is part of the hotel, the location and the facilities. Even though it is an older building,.it's beautifully renovated with spacious rooms.
- Cute place that was nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom.
- The hotel was well situated, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.
Cons -
- No fridge in the room and there was a concert in the café right under my room that was pretty loud, but it got quiet after 22:30.
- Square toilets? Talk about putting a round peg in a square hole!
- Lots of street noise. Also there are no staff at the property. We had issues with the power going out, hair dryer not working, etc and none of the provided phone numbers worked. The property owner never responded to our message on booking.com. We ended up having to go downstairs, find a posted number, and do the country conversion to finally reach someone, who then fixed the power outage within a half hour.

The room and bathroom was very stylish, cozy and clean. Great staff too.

Quite honestly, this is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. In Germany, you have a right to expect Gemuetlichkeit--a kind of friendly, honored guest feeling. The owners of the Little 7 are the sweetest hotel proprietors I've ever stayed with. I've seldom felt more like I was staying with friends. The location is wonderful, steps away from the Danube and cultural museums and nestled in the heart of downtown Regensburg.

Clean, nice location, quiet, great service
The location was fantastic with easy access to everything and a view of the Danube. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only slight negative was that there was no lift which isn’t unusual for a building of this age however we were helped to carry our bags. Overall an awesome experience.
Because of transportation problems, we were not able to get there to stay. But after our delay I visited the hotel and spoke with the owner, Julia. It is a darling, modern, clean, newly renovated hotel and Julia was wonderful and gracious. When we go back we will definitely book to stay there.
Great location.Clean place,well equiped.Attentive staff.

excellent location. good communication, room was as described
the shower was smelly
We got two big rooms and big bathroom, very comfortable and stylish furniture, perfectly clean. Coffee machine in the room. Great location - on the verge of old city center, near the river, good neighborhood.
Light switches are a bit weird - you have to get used to them.
The room was spacious and clean. The check-in was smooth and easy. The location is very central and everything is within walking distance. We came with a little dog and the hotel was very pet-friendly, which is a big plus for us.
This tiny little hotel is very central to the heart of Regensberg. Very spacious with big bedroom; sitting room and bathroom. Themed decoration. Good wifi etcParking available 5 minutes walk away in public spot
Be aware there is no elevator so top floor is a bit of a climb with luggage.
location
no one for check in I had to call 3 times to find out that is self check-in. No one at the reception, looked like an abandoned place.Couch pillows were stained.
Location was perfect for proximity to the city and all the main attractions including the festival Dult.
The room was not clean. I appears between guests is a very superficial tidy. There were unsightly stains on the bedsheets and the shower, despite being very modern, was disgusting. I cleaned it myself in order to stomach showering in it throughout my stay. The floors of both bathroom and bedroom may get swept in the main parts but under furniture such as the table was very dusty and after wiping up spilt water the towel is filthy with dirt. Shower door missing bottom seal so water pours out to floor.
Location is central enough - close to the river. The rooms are really nice in particular the furnishings have a stylish touch.
Great hotel in a perfect location. Recent renovation so everything looked new. Self check-in
Just the lack of elevator.
The hotel is situated right next to the river bank and Museum of Bavaria, which is a very nice location. The room was spacious and stylish with interesting lamps and a very comfy armchair. The check-in and check-out processes are completely automated, everything went smoothly.Overall a very nice experience
Lovely hotel right next to the river, beautifully decorated room. Even thought I arrived late, and there was nobody at the reception, I got clear instructions how to get in. I was travelling with my dog, he liked it too :)
