Eurostars Park Hotel Maximilian

Extremely quiet and the darkest room I've ever had. Like pitch black and silent. Reception was amazing and gave great recommendations for where to watch bundesliga matches. Easy location to find, outside is beautiful.

The wifi. I'm not talking about streaming movies, you cant pull up restaurants on Google maps, check your email, buy train tickets. Basically worthless. Very important on vacation with an American phone to have internet ability. Inside common areas dirty

Lovely building, by park and only short distance from train station. Very comfortable room, great breakfast.

Rooms were quite large and beds were comfortable. Hotel foyer was impressive and the breakfast was good. Location was great, close to old town and transport hub.

We had two rooms, and unfortunately both our toilets had a terrible smell which stunk out our whole apartments. We were due to return at the conclusion of our holiday and asked for different rooms, which was granted and thankfully much better smell. We were provided with free breakfast to compensate which was nice.Also, be aware that you will need to lug suitcases up some stairs from road level to foyer and also from car park. Once inside hotel, lifts available.

Don't let the grounds of the exterior fool you. The hotel was really nice inside. The room was charming with its unique furniture. The breakfast was excellent. There was parking onsite for a small fee.

The entry grounds to the hotel could use some manicuring/upkeep.

The place was very beautiful and the breakfast was really tasty with a lot of variety.

We were staying in the suite room and it was pretty cold because of the big windows but they gave us some portable heaters so the situation improved a lot.

Gorgeous property. Large room with separate bathroom and toilet. Very good breakfast with attentive staff. Short walk to the train station. Easy walking distance to attractions in town also. Friendly, accommodating staff.,

Nice location , nice hotel and very competent receptionist.

The Bartender at Maxi Bar was really unfriendly.

The location, the building itself and the staff

The Park Hotel is a grand hotel well-located near the train station and an easy stroll into the old town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and luxurious towels. Breakfast was a real treat too.

The hotel needs some renovation. The bathroom smelled of drainage...maybe a dry trap!

Really spacious room, the staff were ever so helpful. The hotel is only 5 mins from the centre of Regensburg. I would also recommend the cocktail bar downstairs

Loud shouting in the street outside that went on for hours. Spoilt what would otherwise have been a perfect stay.

A bit cold in the room and our room was on the corner of a busy street so it was a bit loud. Double pane windows did help.

The hotel rooms were quite large. The breakfast was wonderful and very varied. The location was great…within walking distance from the train station.

Location, the size of the room and the helpful staff

We loved the location and the historic building. The room was very comfortable for three people, plus you can’t beat the walk to the train station! The basement bar and hidden casino were an unexpected touch.

The room was good and it was a good location for exploring Regensburg. The Reception staff were so helpful with maps and advice. Took trouble to ensure your questions fully answered.

I felt I had booked breakfast, but apparently not, so, ensure you book breakfast when you book your stay.

It is a beautiful building. Nice places to relax. We have stayed there before and liked it both times.

Location very central, room spacious.

Noise from main road and middleneastern music playing into early hours from peiple congregating outside hotel especially on Saturday evenings.Not something the hotel can do anything about.
