Ibis Styles Regensburg

We stayed in the hotel for one night while passing by. Very nice hotel, right off the highway so the next morning we were on our way in 2 mins. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Staff was nice and helpful. Room big enough and clean. We stayed with a little baby and they already prepared extra bed (couch transformed to bed that fit 2 people) for us. Could stay there for a few days if needed.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome

There was no kettle in the room to make tea and none downstairs on a cold snowy day

Everything was fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized.

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations.

It wasn't the first time we stayed in that Hotel, so almost everything was as we expected.

The only thing that was more than suprising was the receptionist's notification during the check in. She said despite of the fact, that I've booked a superior family room for two adults and two children with breakfast, breakfast is not included for the children. ??? It didn't make any sense to me at all, but I didn't start to argue with her, I payed extra 16 EUR for the children's breakfast, but next time I will pick another Hotel in the area.

Great place, only problem was it was cold when we arrived. We had to wait for the heater to warm up for 1 hour. The parking is paid, about 13 euros per day.

The paid parking... why ?

Very bright and comfortable hotel. The children’s playing room was very good idea. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was full and very delicious.

Nice and clean room, great breakfast and good location.

The water pressure in the bathroom was not ok.

Our stay the hotel was very pleasant. Ibis hotels are usually very clean, so was this one. They had a nice indoor playground for kids right next to the bar. Such facilities are very uncommon in hotels in western countries, unfortunately. The staff was very kind and available on the spot.

For dinner options, they could have offered a little more. Only snacks were available. However the platter with cold starters was very tasty. I think the kitchen was perhaps short of staff due to the holiday season.

Location, friendly personal, good breakfast.

Breakfast was good. The morning staff lady was friendly and professional.

There are only 2 car charging stations and they are also used by cars not charging late morning. For such a large space it is not enough. Reception staff in evening not the friendliest.

Location was not as close to attractions as I thought it would be. They do have parking for 12 euro a day that allows you to come and go as you please. They do have River is right by hotel and has walking/biking trails. The breakfast was included and very good!

Quick check-in. The staff is helpful. I like the coffee at breakfast.

The quality of the fruit juices are going down... unfortunately. In the past, orange juice was excellent, made from fresh orange.

Location was good. Room was decent and clean.

Staff was effective but not very friendly or hospitable.

The mattress had a big blood stain. Told the staff and all they said was oh

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size, the shower was good, parking and location good. Easy walk to Old Town and canal cruises. Although the room did not include an ironing board, iron or kettle the staff at reception can supply them.

The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and the room clean and big.

The kind receptionist arranged for us to have a room facing the river and not the busy street. Good location, close to the highway, not far from the city center.

The facilities were more like Ibis Budges, not Ibis Style. The path from the parking lot behind the hotel is quite uncomfortable, especially if you have a suitcase on wheels and there are steps... A ramp would be more suitable. Especially when parking costs 12 EUR/day.

Very nice family room, with a bed and a sofa bed. Walking distance from city centre. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, but can be busy. You may have to wait a few minutes for coffee or pancakes.

No coffee or tea facilities at the room. Most electronic games in play room for kids were out of order. Parking is quite expensive.

Overall everything was nice

We were 4 of us but we only had 2 bath towel and 2 hand towel.so kids used the hand ones

Great location right by the river and close to the motorways, yet it was very quiet. There were ample of parking spaces available, even arriving very late at night. Rooms are good size and the beds were really comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Absolutely dog friendly place, we had a water bowl and dog snacks waiting for us in the room. The breakfast was very good, the pancake machine is fun.

A small fridge would be a nice addition to the room. We've found the previous guest's underwear in the bathroom, it should've been removed by the cleaners, but I guess they just forgot about it in a hurry.
