Hampton By Hilton Regensburg

This room was fairly spacious.

The room was SO dirty. I cleaned out about a dozen spider webs with my face when I first opened the door. The walls and floorboards had dirt splattered on then, and there was hair in the bed.

Breakfast was very nice

The breakfast was fair. Around the hotel, and from our window, not a nice view.

I liked the concept of the room, the bed was comfortable and the extra place to sit and chill is nice, shower is pretty big. Also the eggs and hash brown were really tasty (even if there are not any special things for breakfast and I would not say it is incredible breakfast in general at all). The staff were friendly and helpful also.

Construction on the building was right across my room, literally 5 meters and my room was also on ground floor. The noise woke up me at 6am. The hotel had a garage fully loaded so me and lots of other people had to park on street and I don't appreciate it. My room wouldn't lock at also when the main door closes and the door for entering my department also didn't work and it was ground floor. The hotel didn't have room service or dinner options and I expect that from a Hilton hotels. You don't get slipper in the room even though the floor in the room has no carpets and is freezing cold. I liked the size of the shower but it also needs a renovation in my opinion.

The parking

The room was nice and equipped with almost all the necessary instruments. Breakfast was really good, i requested for an early check in and there was no issue for that.

The location is bit far from downtown, approx. 25 mins of walk. Its not that I didn't like it but something to keep in mind. The room needs better lighting. The walls are quite thin, so for light sleepers, earbuds recommended.

If you don’t mind walking, then the location is ideal, in the calm neighborhood. Hotel was nice and I would point out the complementary breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Parking at the hotel was expensive, better option is the nearby parking house, but beware, you can pay there only with cash. Breakfast could be more various.Usual problem, it was unable to connect the TV wirelessly with phone.

The breakfast was really good, with several warm options and variation per day. Including each day different warm vegan options. (many restaurants still let you only eat salad)The rooms were quiet and clean, staff was friendly.We had a very good stay in Regensburg, a wonderful town. We will be back, maybe on a bike in summer.

The Tv didn’t work, we contact the reception and they said quote we know that it docent work and there is t anything we can do When we did the checkout the woman that was at the reception ask us if everting was okay and we told her about the tv and the woman said well I can take 3 euro of your bill for the problem I believe this is terrible service as they didn’t told us in advance the tv didn’t worked and then just saying well we know it docent work and we can’t do anything and the. Just taking 3 euro from the bill is a bad Staff and guest where smoking literally just after the door of the hotel Me and my wife aren’t smokers, because of this the reception smells like cigarettes

Everything was really good, room was clean, comfortable.Breakfast excellent.Location is slightly far from the centre, but, nice walk route.

There was an opportunity to check in earlier, nice breakfast and wonderful receptionists

We had 2 rooms for 1 night and used the underground parking. The rooms were totally fine although i couldn't open the window. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Parking was €15. The hotel seems fairly new. We had several choices of places to eat within a 5 min walk of the hotel. Overall very happy.

Being unable to open the window and the shower temperature constantly changing. Otherwise nothing.

Maybe I expected more than I should have, but it didn't convince me. Oh well... the price

what I didn't like objective: we asked for a 3rd bed in the room. the room wasn't ready when we received it, we had to ask for it afterwards..there was no space in the garage. I went down out of curiosity, it didn't seem to be full of hotel guests.subjective: the mattress of the bed was very soft,the breakfast selection was average

No parking

False advertise for parking which is small and always full. I've been sent to other local parking that is 15e per day. Next day staff was very unpleasant when I tried to talk about that. Also mattress is uncomfy and could not open the window on the room. Not usual for Hilton Hotels.

I found four bed bugs and the hotel didnt do anything to help.

Great breakfast, wide choice of everything. Very nice staff in all hotel. Silent place, nothing noisy there.

Functional.

Parking was an issue. The street is free but packed. The on-site parking required more skills and focus than one would normally have at the end of a long drive… BUT: there ARE available spaces!

Quiet location, 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre, parking garage
