Very lovely place, central.

Not quite quiet at night but very manageable with earplugs.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly.

The noise from the hallway and close rooms was a little more than I expected but not unbearable.

Location is great! Room couldn’t be more clean. Breakfast had good variety and everything was good.

Warm at night. Room was on first floor with patio outside the window so not comfortable leaving it open at night. Spoiled Americans uses to AC:)

Excellent! The location is perfect—right across from the Cathedral and just a 4-minute walk to public transport. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and neighborhood were peaceful and relaxing, despite being in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was also very good.

The mattress could be more supportive—it felt a bit too soft. I’m not sure how comfortable it would be for a longer stay, but I still had a good night's sleep.

Elevator goes to the 4th floor. My room was on 5th, so I had to walk.

Having breakfast in front of the beautiful cathedral is an incredible start to the day :-)The location is superb, the room was cosy and newly renovated, and the staff was young and very kind.

I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Our room was right in front of the Cathedral, it was great waking up to the church bell. We also love the breakfast room ambience :)

The parking location was rather far but still within walking distance

There is a church near by with big bells. They didn’t ring until we were leaving. Not sure of their timing, but we left at 10:00 am on a Sunday.

Location is awesome, right across from the dome and in the middle of the town.

There are only 2 parking spots in front of the hotel if you are lucky if they are available, but you'll have to fight all the tourists to get in & out. Parking was 10 minutes walk from the hotel, not too bad.

The location was great, would have loved a view of the dom from our room though. Staff at front desk and breakfast server so lovely!

I have no complaints

The hotel is in a great position, so close to the Christmas markets and places to shop and eat. The hotel was warm snd comfortable with beautiful staff. Breakfast was really good and we left our bags until we boarded our river cruise. Perfect

Excellent selection of delicious meats, cheese, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

I can’t think of one thing! This hotel was absolutely spotless and in a fabulous location right across from the Dom. We had room 33. Lovely view of the aforementioned.

excellent location for tourist opposite the cathedral and near the river. plenty of eating options nearby. Friendly staff and a comfortable, quiet and clean room. packed breakfast supplied for early starts. near to bus stop with plenty of busses to the HBf.

For a single room, it was more spacious than I expected. Another great surprise was the view of the Dom directly from my window. Everything worked well, the room was neatly appointed and furnished simply. I was glad about the lift up to the 3rd floor because of my heavy luggage. Breakfast was a decent little spread in a charming room with friendly service.

Location was great. Woke up to Cathedral bells at 6 am which I was expecting. Central to al the sites.

Small room but adequate for one nights stay

The location was fantastic and delicious breakfast and service was wonderful. Will stay again.

The shower was quite small and the shower curtain kept sticking to me. Good thing I am on the small end of the scale. Maybe hang curtain with weight at bottom to keep down!
