Central location. Accommodating staff.

Room search criteria for 2 adults and 2 kids yealded room for 2 adults only. Hotel accommodated us, however traveling with kids need to make sure to get adequate room.

Location and cleanliness

Being woken up at 2am by fire alarm, absolutely no staff present to explain what was going on. Evacuated ourselves outside. Stood with group of other guests. No staff. Fire brigade came thankfully quickly. No information. Fire brigade left. Said not to reenter building until hotel rep came. Eventually someone came to okay. Most guests had gone in anyway. Absolutely no mention of the alarm the next morning. Not very impressed I'm afraid.

Room was clean, comfortable and a bargain for the price. Would stay again. Great location and staff was amazing !!!❤️

Staff and not able to get evening meal. As guest there should be accommodated space to eat.

Excellent location and secure parking.Beautiful old building with a lovely view of the cathedral and very central location in stunning Regensburg.We were there whilst the Xmas markets were on and the Palace is magical.Nice room - spacious, warm and comfortable bed.Good bathroom with excellent shower.Plentiful breakfast.

Just missing tea/coffee making in the room and weren’t able to get a coffee from the bar at 10pm because they’d “cleaned the machine”

This hotel was truly exceptional! The staff was warm & went above & beyond. The rooms were comfortable & elegant. The location is next to the cathedral in the center of town. Breakfast (included in price) was outstanding. I would return here in a heartbeat.

Limited parking in onsite garage. Public parking garages are 10-15 mins walk away from hotel.

The bed really needed to be updated (saggy & uncomfortable). Most staff were exceptionally kind, efficient and helpful…. A few were not including the front desk manager (I think she was filling in for the receptionist)

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Very easy to walk around the old town and the hotel has views of the cathedral. The restaurant was exceptional and the portions were large. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Lovely big room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good and hotel was in a very good position, right next to the Cathedral.

The quilts were a little warm for us but that’s a subjective thing.

My room was exactly as described. I had a single bed in a small room. It was very comfortable and met my needs. The room faced into the courtyard and was very quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, historic hotel. It was once a medieval bishop's palace, and before that, it formed part of the Roman fortress! The staff were fantastic, from the reception to housekeeping to waiting staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless, and we loved the decor. The hotel was ideally located in the heart of the old town, putting everything within easy walking distance. We visited the Regensburger Christkindlmarkt, and Hotel Bischofshof am Dom made the stay even more magical by adorning the courtyard with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree.

They should have a coffee maker in each room.

Very helpful, professional staff, great location, beautiful, well-maintained facilities; wonderful dinner; comfortable and spacious room; on-site discounted parking. First class experience.

Location was great, room and bathroom size were large, front desk staff friendly and clean hotel.

Breakfast was lacking, out of hard boiled eggs and didn’t provide more and had to ask multiple times for water as that was also out without being replaced.

The room was cold, dusty and the bed was uncomfortable. There was no elevator in the building I was in. I wasn't aware that there were 2 buildings. The heat also wasn't adequate for winter. It was dusty in my room and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Comfortable room, extremly nice hotel staff, better breakfast than expected

The staff made it clear that anything we needed, we just needed to ask. I haven’t seen this level of service since a Ritz Carlton stay.

We liked everything. Location is excellent. Food on breakfast buffet superior to many hotels. Restaurant meals and brewed beer…fabulous. Free underground parking.
