The reception workers were all very lovely especially the original lady who greeted me. The place is decorated so well, history everywhere.

I drank the fruit tea and water the first night but it was never refilled.

The property was so clean and well kept. The location was central and easy to walk to everything. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcomed.

There was music that started like at 11-3, have no idea where the music was coming from so I don’t think it was anything the hotel could control. Everything else was lovely!

Our room was very big and had a lot of special details. Earplugs were provided in the room. It has a potential to be noisy.

The room was beautiful. Great location. The staff was so helpful and kind.

Proximity to the main town, parking, & both Christmas markets.

The hotel is in a pedestrian zone very close to the centre of the city. The staff were very nice and helpful and the bistro is a nice place to have breakfast (not included).

The hotel has no lift, which might be a problem for some. Walking around the lovely town centre is a joy, but one has to watch out for the cyclists.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and spacious. Very good location in the old town centre. Helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous. Property was spotlessly clean. The only negative is that there is no elevator and there a many stairs! That said, our luggage was transported both up to and down from our room without even asking. Breakfast, while not included, was delicious and reasonable.

Need a small elevator for those who have difficulty with stairs.

We liked everything about this beautiful hotel - location, historical building, great room etc - but especially the staff was wonderful, being very friendly, assisting guests in a most efficient way. We felt really welcome - not only because the kind welcoming words in the room upon arrival - but also because the warm attitude of the staff. Congratulations!

The room was quiet even though the location was in the center of things. Air conditioner worked well. Room appointed viry nicely. bed, Shower and bathroom were great. A lot of stair with no lift but hey helped with the bags.

Superb location. Really characterful property, lovely big room, period style decorations. No lift (old building) which meant we had to lift our heavy bags to the top floor… but well worth it!! Helpful staff at all times. Also… Regensberg is a fabulous city!!!

Great location in the city center, spatious room and comfy bed, friendly staff, very close to a parking house (3min walk)

No air-con, very noisy street and bar downstairs open till midnight (had to sleep with closed windows)

Really nice building in a very central location. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The road outside is very popular and the cafe bar at the hot is one of the really nice spots of the city.

There is no lift in the hotel so something to keep in mind. It’s not unreasonable because the building is very old and possibly has some restrictions on construction but it was slightly unexpected. Nevertheless it didn’t diminish the overall experience.

Location was everything. Quaint place

We were on the 4th floor and there are no elevators I could not climb wooden stairs with our luggage. We payed a young staff member to carry them up 4 flights and payed again the next day to bring them back down. Inconvenient for anyone with knee problems.
