Modern room. Big shower. Very good breakfast. Value for money is great!

I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel.  The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect.

The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

The location was ideal for the city

There was obvious signs of wear and tear, for example there where patches of carpet that had gone bald so was no carpet.

Reception open non-stop, ideal for stop-over on a long way. The room was clean, big enough, also the bathroom. Good Wi-Fi connection. Our stop was on a winter night, but we found an warm room, very comfortable.

The property was in a good location with tram stop nearby and Bahnhof is just one stop away. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with vast variety of options.

1. The room we were assigned was clearly not fit to be given to a guest. There was a strong, unpleasant odor immediately upon entry, forcing us to keep the window open throughout our stay despite sub-zero temperatures.2. Basic cleanliness standards were not met. We found strands of hair on the bed, raising serious concerns about whether the room had been cleaned at all before check-in.3. After spending a considerable amount of time at reception registering with Accor to request an early check-in, being allocated such a room reflects a complete lack of quality control.4. The room lacked basic amenities expected from any hotel, including an electric kettle. This is particularly unacceptable during winter and falls well below Accor brand standards.5. Limiting guests to one bottle of water per day, especially when no nearby store is available, appears unreasonable and forces guests to rely on overpriced vending machines.6. The room’s temperature control system was effectively non-functional. The temperature was locked and could not be adjusted, despite repeated attempts.The room overheated significantly during the night, forcing us to wake up 3–4 times. This resulted in severe sleep disruption.Due to the poor room conditions, lack of proper ventilation, and sleep deprivation, both occupants fell sick the following day.7. Luckily, our stay was only for one night; otherwise, we would have insisted on changing rooms. Given the late hour and short duration of the stay, we chose not to go through the inconvenience of another room change.This experience raises serious concerns about hygiene, maintenance, and guest well-being at this property. It does not reflect the standards associated with the Accor brand and warrants immediate review by hotel management.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Comfortable stay and good value for money. Would recommend.

Friendly personnel, clean

Room amenities were quite scarce: only one towel per person (no hand + body towels), only one pillow per person, no mini fridge, very small closet, no kettle to make tea/coffee in the room, nor complimentary coffee or tea in the reception area. Unfortunately we were ill during our visit and these amenities would have made the difference between an average stay and a great stay.

The hotel was elegant and extremely comfortable, and my room was quite spacious, which was a great surprise. The price was good, and although it increased a little after adding breakfast, it was still reasonable. The staff was very friendly, especially the man at the reception who was extremely kind and helpful.Breakfast offered a nice selection, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. They had lactose-free milk, gluten-free bread, and even vegan hummus, which was absolutely delicious.We also had the chance to visit the Novotel next door, which was conveniently connected by a hallway. Its restaurant was very elegant and beautiful — a perfect venue for celebrating my friend’s birthday!

I would have liked to have fried eggs available at breakfast.

The shower drain was partially clogged. Fees for parking.

Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, and an excellent breakfast. A huge plus for the underground garage; even though it costs extra, it’s spacious, well maintained and feels very safe. If you’re a car enthusiast who’s picky about where you park, this is the spot for you!

The garage is a bit on the expensive side.

The air conditioner was quite noisy. I tried opening the window instead, but the street noise was also loud.

Very nice and modern hotel, with comfortable rooms and beds. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. A bit of a walk to the old city, but still quite central.

The breakfast area could use some reorganization. We didn’t have breakfast but went down in the morning for a coffee, which we paid for at the front desk. Unfortunately, there was only a small table available, and the atmosphere felt somewhat uncomfortable under the close attention of several staff members who might benefit from a bit more training in guest interaction. If you’re worried about guests sneaking into the breakfast area, it would make more sense to reorganize the space instead.
