Novotel Regensburg Zentrum

Excellent hotel !!New, very clean and very comfortable Excellent dinner and excellent breakfast.Would highly recommend.

Bed was very comfortable, good shower gels. City center is accessible with a 20 minute walk

Need to pay for parking under the hotel (17EUR a day)

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

The cleaning lady was impatient on the check-out day, although we still had time (late checkout on Sunday). Seems she was not familiar with the house rules.

Good location. Generous breakfast. Pleasant restaurant staff. All good!

There was, I guess, the stairs door closing really loudly near our ream which was making my kid and me to startle.

Good

At the reception they asked for my credit card and the employee copied all the card details and the CVC into their system (unacceptable) despite the reservation I had made through booking.com.

Private parking directly beneath the hotel, an excellent location close to the historic city center of Regensburg, a beautiful and cozy lobby, friendly and welcoming staff, and a very extensive and delicious breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel, clean, nice room, nice location, very nice breakfast.

For such a beautiful hotel, I would have expected room slippers as well. Everything is very beautiful; the only downside was the lack of room slippers.

Really nice hotel, location is perfect. Comfortable beds, mini bar is big plus.Breakfast is excellent.

Heating system is little to loud.

Clean and everything you need for the time been there

Toilet in different area with the basin .

Hotel is a short 15 min walk to the center, room was clean and spacious with plenty of natural light, nice selection for breakfast; professional, friendly staff; hotel lobby decor.

Very poor interior soundproofing, doors have to be slammed to close properly, and slamming doors caused the bed inside my room to shake. Separate toiled from the rest of the bathroom. No access to YouTube or Netflix on the TV.

Very good location, near old town

Lady at reception wasn't quite polite.I have booked room for 3 persons, 3 was sofa not even prepeared my , so I made reclamation at reception desk. She wasn't polite at all like it was my fault...Small detalj like those make people come back to hotel...we won't

Kind staffs. Nice and very clean room! Underground parking lot makes us easy to access into the hotel.

My room door was bit out of alignment and needs to close it strongly otherwise it never been locked properly.

Very comfortable beds , very clean rooms and nice and quiet area!

Location, superb breakfast

Room 417, next to lift. Nightmare due to noice from lift operations. Never ever.-)

Nice location, good breakfast.

It was too warm in the room, even though we turned down the heating to the minimum.

I got a comfortable room on a higher floor as requested, very quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient—just a short walk to the old town and the Stone Bridge area.

Both ok

Toilet paper not replaced - no bathrobes or slippers - water not replaced - carpet dirty - receptionist said no bathrobes in hotel - dining room area dirty floor - staff pretty disinterested

Great location within walking distance to the city centre. Parking garage available next to the hotel. Modern and stylish with a beautifully designed lobby. Friendly and helpful staff.

Easy to find, good location, close to town centre, quiet, clean and friendly staff.

We stop here every summer on our way to and from Croatia. We adore this place, its location, rooms, beds and personnel. Everything is perfect!
