Park Inn by Radisson Neumarkt

Great hotel in a wonderful area. Loved the 24hr check in as we were traveling late into the evening

Parking is in the shopping plaza garage only, so just make sure you have cash/euros handy

Location, cleanliness

Very rudimentary accommodations. It felt like 2- star motel, not 4- star hotel.

Clean

The air conditioning was not working upon arrival. However the staff took care of it the same day.

Location, ambience and cleanliness

Everything was so clean and organized I'm very happy we decided to stay here. It was the last minute decision but it was the best decision we could have made in the location was amazing due to the proximity to all of the nice restaurants in the area. Price was very good for this. Very happy and we'll stay again.

The hotel staff was very welcoming very nice location.

Fantastic as always. Great spacious and clean room. Very good breakfast. Parking possible at a parking lot across from the hotel (convenient paying through an app).

Room is big, separated bathroom, quiet

Overall very nice Fabulous breakfast and staff in the breakfast room

Hard beds Restaurant closed on Sunday evening in contrast to the opening hours shown on the tablet in the bedroom

I have stayed here intermittently since the hotel opened. Good location for stopover on journeys from Bratislava and Liverpool and very good close location to the Neumarkt centre. Very quiet both in the hotel and the general locality giving a restful experience.

Clean, spaceus room, good breakfast, pleasant staff.

A la carte food choice and quality.

Nice clean room. Good bed. Cafe and tea in the room. Nice personnel.

Tere was not such.

Nice new hotel, clean rooms. Located attached to a shopping mall.. Unfortunately the mall closes quite early on weekdays. Parking is in the mail parking lot.

Restaurant wasn't open, and a very rude receptionist.

Clean rooms, nicely furnished, parking just under the hotel. Good breakfast.

The kitchen was closed long before 22:00 at night. And everything around also closes early on a weekday. So if you arrive late, you will probably sleep hungry (that fortunately was not the case for us since we had snacks from the trip).

Great location, quick walk to the city square or to Volksfest, Mall nextdoor. Very helpful and friendly staff, good parking.

the rooms were better than we expected for that price: very spacious and excellent beds. A separate toilet (with sink) and an excellent bathroom. In addition, a balcony with two chairs. Super rooms. And the breakfast is very good!

The food in the restaurant was pricey but of good quality, so ok. However, the drinks were very expensive: 8.5 euros for a normal bottle of water, for example, and the other drinks were also overpriced. That is really not possible and actually results in less turnover. We also recommend that you at least enable the login screen of Netflix and Disney, for example, on the TV, nice TV but (except for the BBC) only German channels. But the rooms and the hotel are great!

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and inviting. The room was good sized and a comfortable bed!

It would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in the room and the sauna was out of order. Not a big deal though.

Good experience, lovely beds, quiet rooms.

Told us parking was free and that was not the case. Only £5 euro but that’s not the point.

Easy access with car, friendly staff, nice entrance, good beds and comfortable stay overall. The hotel is close to a small center with some shops.

Price of breakfast was a bit high (20 eur) so we did not take it.

Big room and clean. Nice bed. Very good location

The pillows

The breakfast and staff were nice and warm. A very good continental choice and very friendly staff. A nice contemporary hotel. A little pricy for what they offer. Not quite 4 stars as they showing outside.

We asked for a family room as we travel with our 9 months daughter. The room lacked of air conditioning and our complaint just results in changing the room with another one with the same problems We asked for a full refund but they are complying over rules that regulates a temperature chart. Another one is about the refrigerator that was missing also in the room and we were asked to store our baby food in the reception facilities. Overall, 125 euros / night for these conditions in a 4 star hotel?!
