Pros +
- Location!
- Its location and it was a true Bio hotel
- Location was perfect for exploring Ansbach by foot. Enjoyed a schnapps after visiting the Christmas market . Dinner and breakfast were lovely. Staff very friendly and professional.
Cons -
- Digital check-in. Restaurant was closed Wednesday & Thursday.
- No parking, the restaurant was closed, and no breakfast on Sunday
- The key problem was the Internet. For a boutique hotel like this one where lots of things can be done online, including ordering meals or looking at an online menu, the internet in my room was EXTREMELY slow to connect (minutes) and then very very slow. So I could not even stream movies or work on online editors...

Well located in town center of town. Excellent room, was clean and large. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The staff was incredibly friendly and professional even though I didn't speak German. They even speak Spanish!
Parking was a little tight but manageable.
The hotel was located in downtown area, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The restaurant on the premises was excellent. The owner was super friendly and helpful in ordering the perfect meal.
There was NOTHING about the hotel we didn’t like.
The location was perfect!
The breakfast was a bit disappointing
generous and varied, fresh and delicious
