Hotel Restaurant zur Windmühle

Clean, great lighting in the room, amenities (k available kitchen, family dining space, laundry)Good value with food breakfast included.

Elevator was broke

It’s not the first time that I stayed in this hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms, very big bathroom with space to put out your cosmetics, very helpful and nice staff and an excellent restaurant a big bonus for travellers (as the hotel is located outside the city centre). Private parking, WiFi and breakfast included in the price

Everything was perfect

Food was delicious but i slept in this time and missed breakfast.

I chose the wrong room. My 2 syroke brain didnt check it as wrong until it was time to pay at checkout.

Really easy access to the old part of town and the Residenz. Maybe 3 minutes by car! The hotel itself had lots of parking, was extremely clean, elevator and really amazing gasthaus type of restaurant with amazing food!

I never mind if a property isn't right on a main road, but this wasn't too bad. Really nothing, great place, great service, CLEAN! Comfortable! great food :)

The property is located outside of the city which is great for travellers who need to rest. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately, the blinds in the room were not working so the light comes in really early. And we were not lucky because the restaurant was closed (but it was Sunday).

Nice room, friendly staff, great breakfast, free parking. Enjoyed very much evening meal in Restaurant.

The facility was clean and seemed to be updated from it original condition. The restaurantsant connected very conveniently and have good food. Breakfast was great.

Mattress on the twin bed very firm. Too firm actually to get a good night's rest.

This hotel is great!!!! It was exactly what our family was looking for while staying in ansbach for the night. The area the hotel is in is quiet and there was plenty of parking and great staff that also speaks English. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Try the gluwine, you will not regret it.

The hotel is easy to reach. The room was spacious and there was free parking.

For the price of 110 Euros for a single room per night, I expected a bit more comfort. The room was big but the interior was very basic. The toilet had brown sediments in it. The staff was not very friendly, breakfast was very basic.I would not stay there again for that price - I had a far better experience at an airport Hotel in Munich for 60 Euros per night, just for comparison.

Good food, free laundry, very quiet.

Great location for us; nice breakfast

Wish we would have had an air conditioner on this night....

The room was very nice. Well furnished.. very pretty.

The room was very hot and stuffy. No central air was avalible and they didn't even provide a fan to help. I only stayed two of my three nights becsuse it was just to hot to sleep. The staff wasn't mean, but they weren't friendly either.

Beautiful and quiet location in Bavaria. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English, although my German is also good. We visited this location to see an old friend, who showed us were the hotel was exactly. Had a evening meal too on the premises with our friend and it was delicious, especially the local cuisine. The weather was definitely on our side, so sitting outside under the umbrellas for shade was fantastic. I would definitely visit this hotel again. Payment was at the hotel, however they accepted my Barclaycard, so I didn't have to dip into my cash Euros, so all good. Very highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was great as it relates to proximity to various places.Breakfast had lots of options.

The room temperature was very hot.The bathroom was small. The bed uncomfortable and the deluxe double room in the pictures was not like the actual room.

All was good except temperature in the room.

Lack of air- condition. There was 28C in the room at 11pm

Easy and simple check in. The family room was spacious and clean. It was in a quiet location. The breakfast was great.

We have stayed here before. Great rooms, wonderful staff and great location.

Nothing. It is a great facility.

Wonderful and absolute pleasure staying at this lovely hotel. Staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. Food and breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

All is good here and we will stay here again next time

Large clean room. Well appointed. Friendly staff. Great food. Very safe.

Bright roof light in room - great work working in the evening. Desk in room. Room roomy.
