The room was great and the staff were so nice and helpful.

Clean, simple, restaurant next door. Great stop after long drive, not far from highway.

There is reception, check in is automatic but unfortunately something was broken and me along 3 other customers had to wait for someone from other hotel come and fix it. Beside that, all was perfect

I chose this hotel because on Booking I had filtered the hotel with Spafor this reason I paid more than other hotels in the area.the spa is not accessible for free or for a fee. there is no staff who can give directions. check in without staff very complicated. In the Delux room not even a table to work. no hall. highly not recommended.

Unsafe room

The room door could not be locked as the lock was broken. Anybody could enter the room even without a badge! So the safety level is zero! I arrived to the room after midnight, so there was no chance to look for another accommodation. The service number which should be available 24/7 was not reachable despite numerous call attempts from my side and the booking.com side! Therefore, nobody was available to help me. On top of that the TV was not working-no channels were available. And the light switch placed directly in the area of the shower! Who has ever accepted the health and safety conditions of this hotel??? In general, horrible experience!

The room we stayed in had a private toilet and shower

1) Check-in progress did not work. It took us and about ten other customers nearly two hours to let into the hotel.2) Communication with the hotel was bad. When we needed to speak to the hotel, all we got was answering machine in Germany.3) Very soft bed and cigarette smell in the room.

Price was too high, no personel, no breakfast, strange place

Quiet, calm place within walking distance from train station.

Fully automated check-in; nearly impossible to talk to a live person. I had serious troubles scanning my ID. Gap in the drapes due to wheel popped up from a rail, no chair to stand on, no person to help me with resolving that. Bed was waaay too soft.

Horrable

Due to some confusion i ended up paying double and the hotel refused to refund me one of the payments hiding behind their T&C. Lastly the bed was so bad i nearly slept on the floor

Passable

Check-in is automatic without personnel, didn't work. I spent 40 minutes waiting for my key. The bed is too soft, my back hurts.

Not great

I wasn't able to get in my room, I booked 4 rooms for my colleagues we arrived and there was only 3 rooms assigned. As it is a fully modern hotel, there are no staff around and no reception. A mobile number is given to message which we did and got no reply for 4 hours. They tried calling at midnight and by this point all of us were asleep in another hotel. We have not been given a refund either, bearing in mind we booked for 2 nights and stayed for none of them.

Room was very modern and clean. Check-in was quick and easy.

Bed was terrible. It was so soft we had trouble sleeping in it. In addition, there were no glasses or cups in the room. The glass wall shower in the room provides no privacy.

Fair price. Quiet area.

Bad Mattress. Shower glass, so no intimacy. Tiles on the floor and no shoes to wear, so very cold.

Decent for a 1 night stop while driving (assuming it is cooler weather)

It was very hot and the room has no a/c, fans or any kind of ventilation. I had to keep the balcony door open all night (which felt a bit risky as it opened directly on to the parking area).Almost no food options except the Japanese restaurant next to the hotel. Everything else is atleast 1.5km away.

Disappointing

The room was not clean, the bed was broken and no air condition in the summer time.

The rooms were quiet and the location was ok.

We were not happy with the customer service. When we arrived at 11pm the automated check-in did not work with our reservation and no one answered when we called the emergency number. We tried for at least 20 Minutes but no one ever got back to us. Luckily there was a free room, so we could do a new booking and check-in. We could sort it out the next day, however it also took us a while to get hold of someone in the morning. As we had kids with us we called ahead and asked about the size of the bed. We were told it is 2m which it was definitely notand therefore the nights were challenging for us. We would have found another solution had we been given the correct information. Another point was that the beds were very soft and in our opinion not very comfortable.

Clean

The lock of the door did not work, had to leave the door open constantly. Left one day earlier, as it felt unsafe
