Pros +
- Very clean room, and the staff was very helpful in trying to guide us to the hotel through road construction that made it difficult to find.
- The apartment was so large that I am not sure that I felt comfortable in it. It could fit a family or a big party. Personally, I prefer smaller rooms in that property (which are great).Equipped with everything that I could need for one night stay.
- The self-check-in process was super easy. The Junior Suite felt more like a full apartment: huge, extremely comfortable, and very well equipped. The bed was great, the bathroom spacious, and I really appreciated having a Tesla Destination Charger available in the parking garage.
Cons -
- It was hard to find due to road construction that completely shut down one direction of travel to it, without detours, but this is by no fault of the hotel.
- As mentioned above, the apartment chosen for me was so big that I felt that is too much space only for me. I could ride a bike inside.
- The listing mentioned check-in until 21:00, which worried us when we got delayed. After calling reception, we learned that self check-in is available at any hour.

This is as advertised and what you'd expect for the price. Bed was comfortable, room set-up is fine although the table/desk is small. There is a kitchen with induction cooktop and oven. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket and bakery close by. It's 20 mins walk from the centre of town, there is a bus which is fast but only goes every hour.
Supplied plates, cutlery, cooking equipment all OK but fairly basic. It would have been good to have had a bowl for salad, utensils such as tongs, spoon for cooking/serving. And a sharp knife! The bathroom and separate toilet light operates via a sensor. There is no way to turn this off and a bright light in the middle of the night is uncomfortable.
It feels like a high-quality student hostel. There are no breakfasts offered, but in the apartment there were all possible facilities to prepare one (plus, there is Lidl down the street). The apartment was large, comfortable, very close to a small forest, so in a late-April morning the air coming from the window was super fresh and filled with birds singing.
No negative comments.
Perfect apartment layouts, great location and with Aldi nearby. Staff were very helpful. Helped us book taxi and order food when it was late and we had no cell service
Location was great. Helpful staff and a bus stop is located just outside the door.
The double bed was actually just two single beds pushed together
The hotel staff was very friendly plus the rooms are quite big in comparison to other hotels, highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel in Bayreuth
Upgrade! Smiling receptionists, clean, secure parking. Suite very comfortable
Sofa rather tired.
comes with a fridge and kitchenette, parking in the building
the shower was a bit odd…no way to keep the floor dry
I have stayed here numerous times during the Bayreuth Festival. It is in a good location, has its own parking, and air conditioning, which is a rarity and a real plus in August
I was quite disappointed with our stay this year, so much so that we might look elsewhere in future. The hotel seemed very short of staff at what is now doubt their busiest time of year. We had to request cleaning; otherwise someone just came in and emptied the bins. When we asked about the cleaning, the receptionist seemed surprised that we would want this done every day. Also, the little area of front garden along the road side of the hotel is completely overgrown and looks unkempt, there was no iron available in the laundry room, and the front desk often seemed unmanned. And the air conditioning in Rm 403 needs servicing; we resorted to opening windows, which kind of defeats the pint of staying here.
Large room, good location with parking and air conditioning
Erratic service, seems to be in a state of decline
Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Parking. Elevator. Clean apartment with kitchenette and everything you need. Airconditioning a great + on hot summer days/nights. A 15-20 minute walk to the city center. A short drive to the Festspielhaus, Eremitage and other sights. Food and gas can be bought nearby. A few minutes drive to the A9.
Spotless, comfortable, great rooftop terrace, easy bus connections, opposite a great bakery for breakfast
Nothing it was a lovely hotel although it is a bit outside of town. The buses were good and it was a fairly nice 20 min walk from the centre, 45min from the Wagner Festspielplatz
Good location if on the road between Munich and Berlin, clean, easy checkin, helpful staff
They dont advertise it but there is ev charger inside the garage which is helpful
Clean, roomy - nice Bath
Clean room.
Small kitchen, no dinning table but a small desk.
All rooms have kitchen and almost all kitchen utensils you might need. They will take out the trash every day and always check if there is anything I need. Staff was always highly proffesional, helpful and ready to answer all the questions. The position is also excellent, you have a bus station directly at the front of the hotel but at the same time the city center was not so far away for a light walk.
I have nothing to write here.
Room was very clean. Greeting staff was exceptionally helpful
Coffee was only instant
Very nice apartments, clean and well equipped
