Clean clean clean! Which is the most important for me.

Everything was great, can’t complain. You get a great clean room and bathroom with breakfast, for the price it is great.

It was clean, silent, easy to access and well positioned.

They have given two small single blankets for a double bed. They were both narrow and short. I couldn’t fit under them. So I wanted to turn the room temperature higher but unfortunately since AC was set to 22 degrees by the center, couldn’t be changed.

Everything. Fantastic location, ease of check in, air conditioning, above a bakery and less than 100 meters to a grocery. LOTS of dinner choices!

There wasn't anything negative, honestly.

The location is beautifully in the old city, so walking distance to all the beautiful places. Parking is on the street. You may easily find spots nearby. The hotel room is very tidy and clean.

The hotel is meant to be efficient for its space with the money value, so the facilities are for the bare minimum.

Easy check in.

Expensive for this very very simple room. Reception suggested parking 12 Euro overnight, however a few metres further there is free parking over night.

Good location. Bakery downstairs for breakfast. Parking around the block.

Beds were not comfortable, room smelled and could not adjust heat/cold.

You can hear snoring from everyone in the house. The house also took awhile to heat up. We were cold for hours.

It’s right in the center. Short walk to the opera.

There was faint stink of cigarettes. Evidently some of previous guests smoked.

Big thank you to Kai and Liza.. took very good care of us, even upgraded our rooms for free when there was availability even tho we didnt ask for it. :) 3rd time renting there since 2019.. Bayreuth, my mothers hometown..

There were decent breakfast options and you could easily help yourself. Liked the room, the space provided and facilities given. Hassle free check in at any time.

The property was clean and well maintained. We stopped for the night on our way to south Germany. We didn’t interact with the staff as we got in late and left early

The room didn’t have a kettle for heating water or coffee and tea bags. The parking garage was around the block

Simple model for those who don’t need a reception. Check in online or in the machine downstairs, personal code and minimum to none interaction. Very close to city center and pedestrian streets but still possible to get by car and even find some parking spots around or in the parking garage nearby. Very good value for the money spent. There are plenty of places around you can have a good breakfast starting from 6:30, but you also can try a hotel breakfast (we didn’t). Restaurants, grocery stores, etc. writhing 1-5 min walking. Good family room big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Good location, close to the centre of the city.

Check in via terminal next to the entrance door where is no space and it was full of people. Wasn’t possible to go directly to the reception because code for the entrance door was needed. And the code we received after our check in. Not before like it was mentioned in the message. Also all messages received from hotel were only in Germane language.

The breakfast was great. I especially liked the muesli selection and the available condiments. My husband enjoyed the rolls, cheese, cold cuts. We both enjoyed the boiled eggs and the fruit. Coffee machine allowed a good selection of coffee types.

The room was a bit tiny; however, it was quiet. The location was fantastic.

Excellent, varied breakfast with many healthy and delicious, fresh options.

They offered us a free upgrade and it was a whole suite/loft of some 50-60 m2 with a huge sofa, big smart tv, kitchen, dining table, desk and two comfortable double beds? Could've played football there.

Very nice location.

The hotel is really basic, and not worth the price. The air-conditioning was broken in our room in August, but no one cared. I do not recommend it, but obviously, it is difficult to find something decent in Bayreuth during the Wagner festival.
