The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for a restful night. Although the Standard Double Room is relatively small, it’s perfectly adequate for a short stay. The hotel staff, including the director, were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming.Reception is open 24/7, which makes check-in stress-free and flexible. There’s a spacious car park right next to the hotel, as well as a convenient EV charging station (€0.60/kWh).The location is great, especially for travellers passing through. We’ll definitely be happy to stay here again - a comfortable, quiet break is guaranteed.

The room didn’t have a mini-fridge or a kettle, but we appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and chocolates.

Best Ibis I've stayed at. Clean, friendly staff, great location. Though next to rail tracks, room was super quiet.

Liked the location of the hotel, was quiet, staff was helpful, room was clean.

You had to pay for water, which was more expensive than at the shop and the nearest shop closed early in the evening. Also a simple coffee from a machine at the bar was 9 euros.

Very comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing of the rooms. Tea for breakfast was served with a selection of fresh lemon, mint leaves and ginger slices - exceptional!

The hotel, the staff and all the activities in the hotel left only wonderful impressions. We were at the hotel 22.01.25 - 23.01.25. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the station, the staff is very friendly. We came with my mother, asked to check in earlier, since my mother has a problem with her legs (she is sick). We were kindly checked in before 15:00 and my mother was glad that she was able to rest after the train. The room is bright, the bed is clean, the shower and toilet are very clean, the room is very quiet, despite the location - close to the trains. The breakfast is very good, hearty, a large selection for every taste. I recommend the hotel ?

The staff were very nice. The parking availability is good. The room was clean.

A bit more amenities such as coffee/tea in the room would be appreciated especially given the price for the room.

Location is not ideal, but it's not a big deal

We had to cut short our visit and return much earlier than the planned duration due to a death in our family. The hotel staff were courteous enough to refund the amount for the unused duration even after we haid paid the full amount upfront. I had similar situation with another hotel chain but they did not refund the amount.

Staff were great. And late nigh Pizza. The staff are professional and well-organised and only too pleased to help with whatever they can.

A disappointment especially giving the high prices during the festival. On two days no-one visited the room to clean despite me asking for a daily clean. The bed has no fitted sheet but an ordinary sheet which is soon dislodged. The mattrass protector does not fit tightly and develops folds which makes sleeping uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom is badly hung and always closes (there is no spring). The aircon is not that powerful and it is difficult to cool the room. The breakfast is OK but the days without bratwurst have a tasteless hard piece of meat of unknown origin. No bacon. The carpets in the room need replacing or a thorough clean. BY FAR THE MOST IRRITATING is that it is impossible to connect a laptop to the internet. For some reason the protocol that the system is such that a laptop which connects to any hotel internet all over the world will not connect there.

Even though we asked for the room to be serviced it never happened. We stayed 3 nights. Next time I will bring my own housekeeper

Location

No ironing board and iron in rooms. This is a ridiculous omission given large numbers of their visitors are going to the OperaCheck in at 2 pm was packed and slow. Again, entirely predictable as people checked in to get ready and go to the opera at 4 pm

A welcome package for my dog (even though ultimately it remained at home) and really comfortable beds; close to Festspielhaus

Big family room, perfect for family. Close to autobahn, and possibility to charge car during overnight parking.

Location close to train but a bit off from city central. And view only of train tracks.
