Staff was helpful. Check in was easy. They had a place where we could secure our bike.

Close to the highway, clean and confortable rooms, good communication with the hoast. Parking inside the yard was a bit crowded, but served the purpose for one night stay..Room and bathroom size is bigger than at similar hotels. We found this as a good plus

Breakfast is really basic with margarine and procesed meets a few tomatoes and cucumbers some cereals, butter, jams and omlette.

Hotel is small, very cozy and clean, nice x-mas decorations. Walking distance from city center.Breakfast ok Receptionist was very kind, always asking if we need something.You can completely darken the windows.We were looking for only one night stay for 3 adults and 3 kids close to city center, so we were happy we found this one for good price

The location was ideal: 6 minutes walk from the Olympic Sports Park and 12-14 minutes slow walk from the town centre.The place was spotless clean and the staff was super polite, caring and welcoming. The breakfast was really good value for money. We had an absolutely amazing stay here- I would strongly recommended it. For a three star facility this is the absolute best you can get!

It was a little cold when we arrived and it took some time for the room( which was fairly large, family deluxe) to warm up( for the heat to kick in. But once it kicked in, the room was nice and warm. There was AC in the room, which was also very useful as it started warming the room/ washroom quickly.

The breakfast here is very healthy and delicious, and the dining environment is also very good. What makes me more satisfied is the attitude of the service staff. Although there is a language barrier, they try their best to carefully answer all my questions. It is a very satisfactory living experience.

Nice staff, really clean. Great for an overnight stay while traveling.

Paper thin walls in the upstairs rooms. If your neighbours are talking in normal voice, you will hear everything. Not great.

I paid 4-star hotel but got a 2-star facility, after that I understood it is a fake hotel for 4 stars, please be careful! they are fake!

Everything, only observation it was closed so you need to call a number to get instructions how to get inside so if you dont speak English it will be a problem

Nothing to dislike

Good location, easy to find. Hotel's staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.Breakfast was also OK.Parking space is secure and wide enough for several cars.

Our room in 2nd floor did not have wi-fi signal at all (weak signal or no signal at all).It was not so big problem as we arrived late and left early but, for some longer stay, for sure, I do complain for it.

Situated in a quiet zone and to an optimal distance to the Thermal Strand and city center. Breakfast was okay, but honestly did not reach the quality of a four star hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Not a big thing, but there was noone at the reception, though we haven't arrived outside of the established program. However, what bothers is that, if you happen to pay with a card on Euro, beware that they will charge you extra, as they use a completely different exchange rate than ECB, which adds you few extra euros to your expense. When I mentioned this, they ensured me that they use the same exchange rate as everyone else, and that is not true. I ended up paying 5% more than I booked at Booking.com. And this was not an extra fee or whatever.

Was an unexpected bonus to have a fridge. The room was large and beds very comfortable

Advertised that reception open till 12 but on our arrival at 11 it was closed and had to ring to get access to the hotel

Quiet room, good location in the city.

..Despite hotel description "24hr front desk" the was no receptionist upon my arrival @10pm. They opened car gate remotely. From that moment I became solely dependend on receptionist good will to open the gate for me should I need to go out. No minibar, no option to buy any drink/snack. You don't get key from the from door of hotel so unless you don't want to wake up receptionist by phone, you become a prisoner during the night. Not worth 4 star rating I suppose. The receptionist gave me several personal questions WHY do I need to go out..very unethical..

We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms, the breakfast and the service. Stayed 2 times already and will probably stay again. Had to arrive late because of car problems, but everything was arranged with a call to the hotel. There is enclosed private parking with limited capacity. My advice is to always call the hotel in advance.

This small hotel is a family run property tucked away in a quiet backstreet about 10 minutes walk from the centre. It was very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

There was no one there to meet us, we had to phone a number and they remotely opened the gate to let us in and the room key was left on the desk. (This may have been because we were the only people staying there that night.)

The hotel is really accommodating and clean! But for the price i do expect the airco to work! The ladies working are really nice and the breakfast is good too. The room is very clean and i liked that a lot.

Staff was nice even cannot speak english much. They tried to help as much as possible.Location is not as great as I expect . Neighbourhood doesnt look so safe. Bed was comfy and cleaning was done properly.

Breakfast could be better for sure. Options were really limited. Also I had a chance to see my next room which is the same type(and cost) however the room was way different and bigger than mine. That also worried me a little.

Bad

The staff double charged me and will not work with me to getting it figured out. The staff would not come to the front desk to speak to me about the issues I was having with the hotel. Instead, the staff expected me to call her to try explaining things over the phone. The rooms were nice and quiet. The view was not very impressive unless you wanted to stare at an apartment building across the street.
