The cleaning staff woke me up in the morning 2 times, despite the "Do not disturb" sign being placed on my door handle.

They always have a clean, warm and well located location. We always like to go there during our stay in Györ. The restaurant and Service are very good. I recommend

They forgot to prepare the room for 2 people but it was not a very big issue , they brought us very fast what was missing. This was the only reason I gave 9 and not 10.

Comfortable and clean hotel in the hear of Gyor. It has all the modern amenities needed to enjoy a good stay and it is perfectly located at the start of the Old Town.

Clean room, amazing breakfast!

The room was a long way away from the elevator, there was free parking if you could find it on the street and it ended at 8:00 a.m.

We often come to this hotel. It was a great place for a short stay until this time and disgraceful behavior of one of the receptionists.

We were dismissed and humiliated by the person at the front desk as he was upset after the argument he had with his colleagues when we approaced the reception. We had to wait for them to finish the argument. We haven't had such an awful experience ever before.

Everything was great for the price: great location, very decent amenities, helpful staff. I recommend for anyone going to Gyor.

It is in a great location right next to the train station and an easy walk around town. The staff was also fairly friendly and let me store my bags while I waited for my train so I could walk around the city a little longer.

The rooms are a little dated and it can get quite hot in the room but if you try to open the window the hotel is right on a main road so it is very noisy. Also, I tried to do laundry but the process involves making a list of articles of clothing and do the math as the price is different for each one. I was surprised as I have stayed in plenty of hostels that were much easier and cheaper so I just waited until I got to my next hostel.

Location is great! Really downtown and close to the train station. Staff was super kind. Room was super clean. Shower was dreamy.

I believe that with this price you can get a better place to stay. Breakfast is super expensive; I don't think it makes sense for a 3-star hotel. My room had a door connecting to another room, and it was locked, of course, but I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the other room. terrible. I was coughing a lot at night, and I was sorry for the couple there because, for sure, they heard me too.

It was a good value for the price

The breakfast was very mediocre. Some of the worst hotel coffee we had on our four week trip. When we checked in we got a room that reeked of cigarette smoke covered by a cleaning product smell. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a different room, which was nicer and clean.

Breakfast had everything we wanted. Quiet room, very comfortable beds. Loved the coffee and tea maker. The view was fabulous.

I liked:- the staff- the plentiful breakfast - comfortable beds- the room had a nice view of the city hall - that it has 3 elevators that activate when you push the button of any single one- big bathroom with a bathtub and a ventilation system that activates when you turn on the light- the central location - good brand of refrigerator

I found annoying, but manageable:- there was a slight smell from the shower curtain when it got wet- I sensed also a slight smell of steam when I entered the room for the first time, like someone took a bath recently, but it went away with the ventilation system- the closet looks a bit dated- weak water pressure, but I think it's ok if less is wasted

Location was great, easy walk to city center.

Air Conditioning was not really functional, tub caulking had mold. Furniture and decor was quite dated.

We loved the location of the hotel, the size of the suite with the pullout couch and 1.5 bathrooms. Breakfast was wonderful with delicious Hungarian salami, teperto, bread, croissants, delicious coffee variety and comfortable seating for all.

Our window was right above the front entrance door where people smoked outside, therefore our room kind of smelled like smoke, which was not pleasant. Our other smaller 2 person room on the other side of the hotel did not have the smoke smell problem.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options. Great location. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The WiFi in the rooms had a very weak signal.

It was really close to the centre and the bus station. It was clean, beds were comfy. There were blackout curtains.

I like this Hungarian hotel chain. My charming old-Style, clean room was great with a refrigerator and AC, a comfortable bed and an amazingly comfortable bathtub and super hot water at a great water pressure ( thanks!). Staff is helpful and polite, they were in a process of training some young women, as historically it was men’s job in Hungary (in my experience). Wi-Fi worked great. Location is convenient.

Overall, I had no big issues with noise from other guests or outside, but I couldn’t sleep with the window open, as there is a busy intersection there. I had a great view, but maybe I ask for a quieter room next time.
