I didn't like the hotel and the staff very bad hotel like 1 star hotel

Everything was more than good. Staff was very kind, Very easy to came with car to the location. Parking was in the hotel yard (only 5€). Great value for the money.

For my taste beds were too soft, but that is personal preference ?

Nice location in a quiet street, friendly service.Breakfast is basic but OK.

Super-soft bed, poor WIFI, "everything else" for a small additional fee: parking, breakfast, air conditioning...

I like that the room has a private bathroom and the place is quiet

I didn't like that there's no kitchen or even a microwave oven so we can heat some food.

Kind receptionist.Quiet room. Bed decent. Nice to have a fridge in the room and a hot pot.Vegetables good at breakfast.

Hard to control the temperature of the shower. Showerhead doesn’t stay on the wall. No darkening shades, so an early morning. Large cracks in wall, bathroom window, and bathroom sink. Looks old. Pillows lumpy. Only white bread at breakfast and No alternative milks. Fruit a bit old.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Very nice smell in the room. Towels also very clean !

Very bad smell in the hallway of the hotel. Liquid soap had a very bad smell also.Walls are very thin and you can hear very loud the water running from the other rooms.One of the doors of the coat cabinet was broken and could not open it.Parking is just for 2 cars and you need to pay for it.

Good value, excellent location close to old town, very helpful staff. Rooms are small and basic.

Quiet. Receptionists were nice

Linen was dirty. We were given a new pack but we had to change ourselves. Shower door didn’t close properly. Shower head wasn’t stable in the holder.

Rooms a bit outdated

kindly fix the shower nob.. It was loose.. so it was hard to adjust the water temp. the water heater is not worn out too..

Location, closed parking and super nice staff

There was a nice young woman in the reception who spoke good english as well. In Hungary that is something that is not very common. In general she did her job well, no problems.

Booked it a few hours before arriving; I appreciate the staff waited until I got there. I needed a place to rest for the night and it was ideal for that

The hotel was well located, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the check-in / check-out process easy and quick.It's a good choice for people travelling by car and with pets.

I got a room at the last floor, which was not the best option with luggage and 2 dogs.The bathroom was smaller than expected.

Last I check-in the room 103 the Aircon was not good.but the other room is very good

This is a nice, family-type hotel not far from the Central Station (South side). Personnel are very kind and helpful. The room was nice, with desk, window for good ventilation. There is a Tesco Express Shop about 3 - 4 minutes away. Breakfast is served downstairs, with an outside area too. There was a tea kettle in the room too. Good value for money in Györ.

Wifi often did not reach the 3rd floor well. I would recommend installing a repeater/amplifier e.g. in the 2nd floor, available in any electronics store at low cost, easy to install in any electric socket, etc. A larger bed would have been nice too, but granted, it was a single room.

Very helpful reception desk staff, helped us with a lot of useful information. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean and the location is close to the city center, but still in a quiet area.
