location was a TOP, house is well equipped, nice restaurant few mins walking. (probably i didnt saw before booking) but need to pay 15euro per night if you have a dog. pool had a heating system, if sea is too cold! amazing

My family of 5 adults loved the family modules with a pool. We would definitely book here again! The modules are modern, clean, the AC was good, as was the wifi. I loved the location and the fact that our 3 young adult children could come and go as they pleased without needing to drive the rental car. The staff was always very helpful and available both before and during our stay.

Beautiful nature villa, with a very well thought out layout, great amenities and regularly cleaned private pool. Easy bike ride or walk to Rovinj.

We had an unforgettable stay at this unique vacation home in Croatia! The property was very cool! It was so fun to hav our own pool. We loved the breathtaking views that made it feel like a true escape. The home itself was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style albeit on the smaller size. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying the view, was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough for a quiet retreat. A big thank you for making our stay so memorable—we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, with stunning views of Rovinj and just a short walk to the sea. The facilities were excellent, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The heated swimming pool was a nice touch, and the onsite massage was incredibly relaxing – the therapist was very experienced. The friendly staff made our stay even better. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

We really love stay in there,close to Rovinj but still quiet,peacful. We stay with us dog . Very friendly staff,good food in restaurant and we enjoy swimming pool. Lovely place! I wish we can going back again!

We liked the accommodation and how well equipped it was for its size. The pool was very nice, warm and clean and enjoyable to spend time in. The beds were very comfortable. Despite being a camping site, it was relatively quiet and peaceful. The nature at the site is amazing! There's a nice little bakery at the site as well as groceries and a restaurant. The beach right in front of it is also good.

Privacy is lacking. There are shrubs around the home but they're still super short and don't cover anything so while you're at the pool or eating outside, you're exposed to everyone passing by. Our home was next to a public shower and an elevated children's playground which had a squeaky seesaw when children play in the morning and during the day. The apartment home is also somewhat cramped. Most of it was functional except access to the wardrobe in the bedroom. It literally had 20-30 cm between the bed and the wardrobe so you have to use it by kneeling or sitting on the bed. We tried asking for a different house, more private one but ofc, it was packed so not possible to do.The price is extremely high for what you get, in my opinion and it's on a camping site, even though it's a fancy one. For 2x less the price you can get a whole private villa in Gran Canaria, for example. But this is maybe more criticism of the whole of Croatia tourism in 2024, not just the place. The price to value ratio is not good, in my opinion.

‘beach’ was stoney and underwhelming

The private pool was a highlight, beautifully isolated from the main paths, ensuring ample privacy and shade.Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the kitchen was well-equipped, with everything being clean and in new condition. Our dog was even provided with its own bed, and we appreciated the welcoming drinks we found nicely chilled in the fridge upon arrival.

The only small downside was the presence of mosquitoes, but we managed them easily with Raid anti-mosquito spirals.While there's not much to do in the immediate area beyond enjoying the pool, Rovinj is close enough for additional activities.

The pool temperature was set very low, and whenever we changed it ourselves, the staff always adjusted it back to the original value. There were many issues in the cabin, such as a squeaky bed, the bathroom door couldn't close properly because it scraped against the floor, and there were relatively many deficiencies. We've stayed at this campsite and in the same cabin three times, and I feel like they don't do any maintenance on the cabins.

Close to beach, incl an aqua playground on the sea. Property was clean and comfortable. Perfect family stay. Loved the private pool. Close to shops, bakeries and restaurants.

The town of Rovinj is invaded by Germans. Everybody speaks German, shops are very touristy and sometimes unfriendly. Bit of a Mallorca vibe.

The holiday home looked like no one stayed there before us. It was perfectly clean and well equipped with everything we might need. I especially liked the coffee machine, and super comfortable beds! The private swimming pool is a excellent, and I appreciate that it was heated, so that we could swim in May when the outside temperature was not so high. I must appreciate also the staff, they found something that we left in the house and they offered to send it to our home address. Thank you guys.

We loved our stay in a family home with pool! Everything we needed was available, even baby bed and high chair. It was clean, well equipped and the location and view to Rovinj was just perfect. We will come back for sure.

The price is quite high.

Great place for relaxing and enjoying amazing nature. The houses are modern, clean and well equipment. The pool is cleaned everyday and the temperature of the water is kept on certain level so you could enjoy it even when weather outside is not so good. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful.

Everything was just perfect. We liked the location and the view. Heated swimming pool was the best! The house is nicely decoreted and equipped with everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Defintely planning to come back soon.
