The location is excellent…in the heart of Cremona… a very walkable and lovely city. Our room was small but comfy with plenty of places to store our luggage and clothes. The market (on market days) is located very near the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit odd…when we ordered yogurt with fruit we expected a fruit topping. Instead, it was a cup of fruit-flavored yogurt. You can ask for an apple or banana however. - it’s just a small point that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. Cakes and crostada were also available and included in the price of the room.

Breakfast was nice. Staff was great. Location is fabulous. I appreciated the bottle water in the rooms. Appreciated the staff knowing English!

No door on shower. The water landed outside the shower and was on the floor. Noisy AC unit.

Location was not suitable for driving to hotel, we had to park a few blocks away and cart all the Luggage

It's way over the expectations all. Location, cleanliness, staff kindness of 21year old beautiful lady who help me guide to the parking lot and carrry luggage. Two thumbs up^^But room air conditioner has not working sufficiently.( Room#36). Please check the a/c for next room guest, summer started. Thank you. From US John.

First of all friendly staff. You can feel there like at home. Location the best in whole Cremona because 1 minute from catedral. Delicious breakfast. In 100% I recomend to stay there. And to see Cremona as well.

Staff was good people.

I choose a single room and was so small even the prison cell is more spacious. I payed 170 euro for 2 nights and I go away in tomorrow. Single bed in middle of main door and toilet wasn't the best combination.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast generous; the location perfect. But my room (11) was cramped, with windows opening onto a claustrophobic lightwell over a noisy dining room.

Limited breakfast menu but what I had was good - OJ, coffee, fresh fruit, omelette. Good central location near cathedral and square with restaurants

A traditional, family owned (or felt like it!) Hotel. Rather tired decor, walls exceptionally thin (sounded like the person in the next room was using my bathroom)

Quiet and perfectly located. It was, however, a bit warm and climate control was difficult. Staff were extremely kind, facilities modern (excellent bathroom and comfortable bed.

This was the first time at the hotel that I had a room with a balcony overlooking the dome, the enormous tower next to it, and the pedestrian street below. The upgrade was worth every penny! Another fabulous attraction in situ is the smallest and slowest elevator in the world. They have it, and it's like a five minute ride to get from the reception to the first floor!

The regular whisky in the bar was too expensive considering its small quantity.

The room was on the small side. We had very little luggage, but if you are coming with suitcases you need a bigger room than the twin room we got.

Right at the Duomo, on a well trafficked street that felt safe.

Room temperature was a little too warm

Location is excellent, right in the center, near piazza Duomo; room was small, simple, but comfortable. I was pleased to find a kettle and tea bags. breakfast was served at the table (not a buffet)
