Helpful staffs, 20 minutes walk to the city centre

The room wasn't in great condition, rattling windows, flooring a bit broken in places, shower shelf broken, no hooks in bathroom. WiFi was barely working (to be fair there was a storm that may have caused this).

Location for festival we were attending.

Needs upgrading, our bathroom has no shower screen.

Breakfast was good….fresh croissants. Good egg..hard boiled, butter and great cappuccino. The staff was extremely nice and helpful , and went out of their was to find us a cab to meet our train on time.

Stuff was very pleasant. Clean. Breakfast ok.

The hotel of 3 stars does not match Europen standard. But was ok for 1 night.

City hotel on the outskirts,on main road...parking usually full

This is a well=positioned, functional and good value hotel. The staff, especially Signore Carla and Renata did all possible to ensure that our group (3 adults) were accomodated in comfort and offered much-appreciated recommendations for eateries and places of interest.The hotel is a brisk 20 minutes walk from il centro.

The ONLY critisism I have is that parking although generally available, is at a premium.

The position is very good, easy to find and near the exit from town (for travelling on).The staff was very helpful, they were nice.

The breakfast was basic, not bad but with limited choice. The room was OK, simple but within the expectations.The parking was full of vehicles, mainly industrial ones, so tha we jad to par on the streret, wit the rear end protruding a little. Not that I was worried, but...

Liked the location, the parking availability, and the staff courtesy.

The location is not too bad.

My room was full of stink bunks. I asked for a new room but they refused – they blamed it on me saying that I shouldn't have opened the window – and gave me a very toxic spray (which I couldn't use without refreshing the room). The staff wasn't very nice and the breakfast quite deceiving.

Limited in variety. Not up to modern standards

Bathroom tap needed new filters; water spouted all over the place.

Poorly maintained, shabby hotel that has seen better times. Location lousy (traffic). The promised bikes were missing.

Motel style simple room with a view over the busy road. it was very noisy in the night.

We had expected a more rural locatîonWe had a view of the local MOT centre.The room was very bare, with no chair!Also difficult Wi-fi connection.

Don't speak English language, and on Saturday was noisy

Dori ! and Carla on the reception were very kind and helpful! frèe safe parkingroom clean and spacy (102)nearby the hotel there is a big supermarket ànd bars and cafesonly 10 min walk from center on a beautiful road good value for moneyi would suggest it and visit it again
