The location was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful.

The showers are extremely small.

The hotel room was spacious for 4 adults including the bathroom. Some European hotels have small showers or only tubs and it was evident the the bathroom was recently remodeled to North American standard with a walk in shower which was very helpful fortress a mobility impaired person in our group? The breakfast included many choices and the staff was attentive to our needs. The location was great as within minutes to the Center of town with restaurants and boutiques.

It would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room in keep water and or beverages cool.

Cremona is a small city, so location is not that important, but this hotel is located on the middle of the violin museum and the cathedral of Cremona, so it was very convenient. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. I was able to check on 14:00 and check out at noon, so I could take my time. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is placed near the central. The room is big enough and the cleaning is well done.

The breaksfast could be much better.

Good facilities but with a lot of noise during the night!

Be careful with apartments facing the street. There was a lot of noise (people drinking, machinery, garbage trucks, street cleaning) all night long, despite the noise-proof window.

The room had wired smell and it was not comfortable . Besides, there was condenser unit outdoor and it brought hot air which flues in the room.

I like everything about the hotel, the staff, location, cleanliness, Facilities and Comfort. The Cleaners are very very friendly.

It’s quiet, near historical landmarks and shops. Lots of places to eat are also found within walking distance.

The location is fantastic, within 5 minutes walk of the main Piazza del Duomo . Beautiful cathedral with a huge tower and lots of nice bars. There is a car park 5 minutes walk away which you can pay for at the Hotel a ticket for €12 for one day. Also included is the payment for entering the ZTL (limited traffic ) zone. Reception staff very helpful. The air conditioning worked very well in the bedroom, the bathroom was good and the bed comfortable. A kettle and tea and coffee was nice too.

In the bedroom a fridge for drinks would be nice, also the pillows were very hard. The breakfast was not very good and the barrista not very very welcoming .

Location is in the city center, spacy room, could be a little loud during the night, but closed windows and air condition will solve the problem

It was in the center of the city, close to good restaurants. The hotel had an agreement with an underground parking service.

It was very hard to get to by car and you had to register with the police authority not to get a fine for driving in the city center. The parking was paid at the hotel reception and I received an exit ticket for the car, unfortunately that didn’t work so I blocked the exit of the parking garage for a while, leaving some angry people behind when I finally got out. Now I’m a bit concerned if I’m going to get a fine on top of the fee I already paid at the hotel.

The room was very convenient to the main areas of Cremona. The narrow street that the hotel is on is very lively at night, giving a great energy to the area, but not so much that it was too loud to sleep.

Getting into Cremona with our car was a bit difficult given the driving restrictions within the city. But they did take our car's license plate information and supplied it to the police to avoid any ticket surprises!

It was very noisy, You could hardly get in the main door on the Saturday night due to over crowding in the alleyway from the bar opposite The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows hard

Hotel is in the city center. There is no parking but one can use a parking close by at a discount of €4/day from the hotel. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. The bar opposit the hotel is although very good. Rooms are okay and there are plenty of good restaurants around.

Breakfast could be a little better. I missed my plain yugurt and the majority of food was sweet.

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom and acceptable cupboard space.Decor a bit tired but superb location despite occasional noise from the street.

Some issues with the lack of staff in the evening/night.Missing keycard required a run to another hotel to get a replacement. Breakfast lacked variety and was poor if we came down after 9 .
