Small pool and only 3 saunas.

Great location, very nice room with a sea view, dogs get a little welcome packet which is super cute, very very good food!

Some small hickups, nothing major

The room was amazing, location was perfect for a calm getaway and the hotel facilities were excellent.

Dinner buffet was a bit over salted and jacuzzi wasn’t working.

The staff at the reception were very pleasant, the room was clean and spatious, breakfast and dinner were amazing!Also the closeness to the city main beach, and to the lungo mare and the city center.

We liked everything!

However, the crowding and particularly the underwhelming dining experience and uncontrolled spa area prevent it from fully living up to its 5-star rating. It's a great hotel for its location and amenities, but perhaps not for those seeking a peaceful or gourmet getaway.

The amenities of the hotel are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, a lovely pool, and a spa area that, in theory, should be a peaceful retreat. However, this is where the experience takes a turn. The hotel is often overcrowded, and for guests seeking a tranquil escape, it can be a challenging environment. The spa, in particular, becomes unusable due to children causing a ruckus, and a lack of supervision allows minors to enter the sauna, disrupting what should be a serene experience.The most significant letdown for a hotel marketed as a 5-star establishment is the food. The quality and variety of the cuisine are lackluster and fall far short of what one would expect at this level. Meals feel more functional than luxurious, which can be a major disappointment for guests who anticipate a high-end culinary experience.

Beautiful hotel on the seaside, rooms are renovated and very confortable. The swimming pool is not crowded (maybe because a bit cold). And very warm welcome from the staff especially at the reception.

The location is perfect being right in front of the beach and next to a wide selection of restaurants and shops. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. The room was quite, comfortable and with a beautiful view.

Off season was great. The food was excellent, the rooms bright and new, the pool a bit cold.

Quite loud water from other rooms - but that was maybe so just in our room.

It was my birthday and the staff went out of their way to upgrade our room and give us a treat that could be described as presidential. The hotel has a strategic location, in the mere center yet at the end of the promenade and it is surrounded with newly paved patio. Breakfast is rich and in line with 5star standards. Parking garage is available and both reception and dining room staff seem to be chosen on the basis of kindness and politeness towards the guest. Excellent bar on the premises with a great selection of wines.

We did not have any negative experiences or witnessed any unpleasant situations, on the contrary, we would definitely recommend it

New and recently refurbished airy building with good quality facilities. The breakfast buffet had a good range of fresh good quality foods in a spacious, well staffed, dining room. Staff were friendly and professional. A good back massage in the spa was good value at €40. Our room was well equipped with an attractive balcony with table and chairs. The sea front town was nicely busy (in late September).

The half board dinner menu was very limited.

We liked the breakfast buffet, there was gluten free and lactose free options available. Freshly made eggs from a chef, (omelette, fried eggs ex). The hotel has big rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel itself is beautiful old fashioned interior and has a small spa with sauna and jacuzzi inside.

The check-in person was not properly trained for a five-star hotel. Not very welcoming or happy to be where he was. Finally made it to the room where we saw that the ventilation had mold all around it and went down to ask for an other room or if someone could come up and clean it. Happy to get an other room.

hotel is new, you can see , but it's not 5 star hotel as it is europe. There is a lot of work to do to reach that leve. You can start not to charging for drinks separately with meal if everything is in the price already.

Parking costs to much 20 euros a day. We had dinner and breakfast and they are charging drinks at dinner extra what I don't find fair at all. I have travelled allround europe and world and only cheap places doing that .

Great location, public beach is across the road. Nice sauna and gym. Very friendly and professional stuff. Everyone was smiling and willing to satisfy my requests.

At the restaurant the stuff did their best to satisfy my requests for vegan food. But basically I ate the same tofu every evening (you have to be ready to ask for it from the kitchen) with vegetables. The stuff does not know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. They put dairy almost into everything: mashed potatoes with milk, Polenta with milk. Quinoa with chicken... They have plant based milk for breakfast, oatmeal, fruits, mashed avocado, hummus. Unfortunately, all of us had some indigestion during our stay (the other 2 guests are not vegan). There are in general not many vegan options in Crikvenica, so it was already great that they could make tofu at the hotel. But more vegan protein options would be appreciated, as well as plant based milk without harmful additives.No space in the room to dry the clothes. A small drying rack was provided upon request but there were no good place to dry the swimsuits (no balcony). In the bathroom they were not getting dry by the next day and in the room the water was dropping on the floor.

Half the staff is not speaking English (in the restaurant), this almost led to misunderstandings regarding allergens. // Toilet is right behind a glass door in our room, so the door hits the toilet itself, accident-risk.

briefly everything was great: -the staff is very nice and helpful-the food is extraordinary --the room with panorama is marvellous -all requests were listened and served asap - the wellness part is clean, well equipped and enough to relax- fitness room is a place to release from the lovely food they served for breakfast I highly recommend this hotel those who wish to wake up for sea sound! very relaxing ? just sit at the centre and beach side.
