Hotel Crikvenica

We loved the valet service for our car since the parking lot is a bit far, but you can pick up your key along with a ramp remote and go get the car yourself if you wish. The room had ac and was pretty comfortable.

The room size was a bit tight, but it was not that bad. And we wish the room was carpeted at least around the bed.

The location was great, the staff very helpful with a good recommendation for restaurants and very pleasant attitude. We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was amazing freshly made eggs with bacon just delicious and great array of continental options. Highly recommend

Nothing it was lovely

Modern and clean room, great water pressure under the shower and nice breakfast. Nice location.

Room was quite small, but it didn't bother us for a short stay.

Close to the beach, great cook ? and also very kind personnel

Hard bed

I liked the location of the hotel. Everything was available by just taking a walk so that was great. The food was alright, there were many things I didn't like but overall great because you can choose anyway.

Right at first evening I asked if I can get addition of dinner and the way staff didn't know how to easily inform others I was tossed around because they just couldn't click something on computer. Hotel's parking was an unpleasant experience what mostly made me never want to come here again, firstly I wasn't pleasant to give my car keys like that especially because I didn't know about this. Secondly I had to wait for almost 2 hours so they bring my car. Qlso something that doesn't really play big part but it kinda bothered me how it's not really "solo traveler" friendly, at breakfast and dinner I mostly had to go sit with some strangers because there was no space with smaller tables.

Location and rhetoric parking service, without the parking service its almost impossible to find a parking spot in that area

Walls and doors are too thin, you could hear almost everything from the other rooms and hall

If you have stayed at the hotel years ago ,prior to the removal, you will be pleasantly surprised. Now,it is modern, airy, breakfast buffet, friendly staff, mini bar fridge, sea views, still parking for check in, with option to have them park your car during your stay.

I would have liked a coffee machine in the room but that may be more of an US item.

Definetely not 4 star hotel. Location was great, it was clean, but you could hear everything while sleeping through the ventilation. Food was VERY simple, they did not try too hard. Personnel was ok, did not smile much..

HOTEL HAS NO PARKING!- upon arrival we were only allowed to park at the hotel for 10 minutes, then we were simply told by very arrogant receptionist without asking that "someone from the staff" would take our car "somewhere" more than a kilometer away but don't know where exactly. - Like What? ?We refused to entrust the car to a person we had never met to drive our car so far through the big busy city, so I simply asked the receptionist for the address of the that parking lot. She was not able to give it to me, she didn't know, where they will park it! She responded if I need to drive my car, we will follow their driver in his car, where he will take us, but after that we will walk back (more than 1km in 35°C) - 4star Hotel service "Parking in an adjacent place for 15 euro/day" ?When we refused this absurdity, the receptionist got more angry and rude and told us not to use it and "take care of ourselves, because she doesn't care."Instead, she could advised me that there is a normal parking lot about 200 m from the hotel as an alternative - the price is slightly higher, but you know where your car is and it is available to you. Never mind, we found it ourselves.As several people here have already changed - the receptionist was arrogant and rude, such a non-professional should work in a cheap hostel, not a four-star hotel.NO SEA VIEW FROM THE HOTEL!- Whether you book "Sea Side/Sea View" you will not actually see the sea from anywhere in this hotel (maybe from the roof) because of the huge trees in a park, their photo of the hotel balcony with a sea view is misleading, I am giving you mine ?I would say this is actually 3 star hotel with a poor design, nothing special there, it's not that kind of hotel where they spoil their guests and want them to feel comfortable...

Excellent position, new furniture, very good breakfast as well as super nice staff in the dining room. Good a/c and comfortable beds.

Rhe hotel is very noisy, the room entrance door is somewhat shorter and unless you wake up at 6.30, you can t sleep any longer from the noise in the hallway. Cleaning staff is also calling out each other down the hall and a lot od turbulence is going on in the common area. No parking and getting someone to take your car or bring it back takes almost an hour. The price is way too high for the service you are getting. This is definitely jot a 4star hotel.

Breakfast was exeptional! Also I have to compliment the reception guy, Dujo. Very nice guy, and helpful. Also the waiter, dont know the name bit it was a foreigner, a litle darker tan. Very very nice and always worked with a smile.

This is a centrally located hotel, perfect for our one night stay. It's close to city beaches, the city centre and we walked around the entire time. The air condition worked perfectly, and the room is very clean.

The room could be a bit more spacious, I imagine it would get rather crowded if we had stayed longer. The dinner could have more variety and choices. Since the dining room is not that big it got very crowded. I would not use dinner on our next stay.

Location was ideal, hotel was clean, comfortable and beyond convenient, easy check in and check out. The breakfast was the best I have experienced at any hotel.

The only "issue" (which was immediately fixed), was that our joining rooms were boarded up. Obviously, the front desk had someone come and remove all the secure blocks/boards, but we were able to walk around the gorgeous area while this took place. This wasn't even an issue, everything was phenomenal from the staff, rooms, food and everything in-between.

We really liked our stay at this hotel. It is close to the beach and close to so many spots to eat. The hotel looks really great and the room was also really nice. We enjoyed our time here.

we had seaside view but we could barely see the sea because of trees. it was a bit misleading. but we did have a balcony

staff -no help - towels basic . no one person in all hotel smiled once . on my good morning no answer . please don’t go there .
