Hotel Vila Ružica- glavna zgrada i depandanse

Location and the friendly staff at the reception.The room was very clean and tidy with big bathroom.Peace of history since 1912.

The breakfast was ok ,but definitely there is a space for improvements.The welcomimg voucher for drinks me and my daughter could not use as they could not offer the drinks like Apple juice.Also interesting fact that at the end total price was 100 Euros more than what was agreed on Booking.com .Lighting in the room was i would say somehow low or poor ,maybe stronger lights should be installed.Also in some areas of the rooms you could see the marks on the walls.The renovation is required because this hotel can offer much more.

The staff was kind, always smiling and available.The location was close to the sea and city center.Had welcome during for guest.Our room was spacious. We were allowed to leave our car at the parking for few more hours after check-out.Room was cleaned daily and towels changed on request. Building is old but well kept.

No rack to Dry wet beach clothings, the food was delicious but would have preferred a vaster choice.The idea of paying for drinks at dinner, cost just 0.70 cents for 500ml of water of tap water , it’s not much but I just don’t like the idea of paying when dinner is already included on my reservation. Parking was not free, cost is 6 euro per day. I have stayed in other places in crickvenica and I have never paid for parking.There was a hole under the rug in our room, nothing happened if u stand on it, but we just tried to avoid it because it was weird. It gave me the sensation standing on it will make the whole deeper and made me anxious because I thought my kids might fall through at a point . They should try and get it fixed.

The Location was very near to nice sandy beach. And some minutes fromnice Beach promenade?

The room had som missings : accit room, with not so much comfortable space, the location of the bed was not so good, also the location from the Tv , you could hardly watch it from bed.

The breakfast was good, but same every day. It could be better.

Water (not in botle) must pay.

Hotel is on the great location, beach Crni Molo is just across the hotel and is in my opinion the best beach in Crikevnica.Staff is very friendly and the big plus is parking.

Rooms are full of mold, rooms even smell like it and the bathroom is not cleaned well.Cleanliness is not even on decent level. Will not return again.

Old rooms. Balcony was dirty and falling apart. Really bad diner. Wont allow us to leave our car for a few hours on last day of stay eventhough the parking space was empty.

Food was great and the staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is almost on the sandy beach and 5 minute of walk to the city center. The hotel is old, around 100 years, but my wife got a feeling she was a princess in there :-) We also got an welcome drink a wine MEDICA.

Grocery shop Lidl is around 20 minute of walk away, with the car of course much faster. The parking is fine and in front of the hotel, but you have to pay for it - at least we had to. On the picture was a pancake machine, but sadly in our short stay kids could not try this small pancakes, of course as I mention the food was very good.

Internet didnt work at allRoom was very dusty. Balcony was very dirty.

Good location, free parking.

Everything was OK except breakfasts (we didn't book other courses) that were very very very poor (although it was quite tasty). In any other small guest house offer larger selection of food. We also didn't like hotel rules during breakfast - dispite we visited the hotel during COVID times, eating on the terrace was not allowed and we were requested to eat inside.

Great location and comfortable room although a bit of repair work needed, eg towel rails and bathroom fittings falling off the wall

Staff do not care for anything. They refused to make coffee after dinner. Food was on low level, no taste. On breakfast and dinner You cannot take it on Your own, but staff is sharing food and actually is embarrasing to ask for most of it. Drink is on additional pay list which is totally not good. Not logic.Room was not clean from day one. Shower was broken. Very smelly bathroom. Bed... not comfortable, used...I recommend hotels only in city center like Hotel Crikvenica or hotel which is 2km from center Hotel Omorika.

Cold water, supposed to turn on the boiler? The breakfast is not good.

The hotel location, the taste of the dinner choices, the 5 star staff from the restaurant. Excellent attitude and behaviour from the restaurant staff.

Very good location, room in the pavillon building is new, nice view, breakfast and dinner was good.

Low number of powe points in the room, few spaces to put your things in the bathroom. The older lady at the reception was not nice…even with our 2 years old daughter. The terrace needs a bit renovation.

The hair dryer either didnt work or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on :(The rest was great :) Staff is really kind.Hope you liked how i made my bed ?
