The lack of transportation to and from airport, train, and bus terminal located in Venice.

Ultra modern rooms were very nice. Very close to ferry to Venice.

Parking spots were very difficult to manage.

Lousy internet, cramped room. The hotel’s attic has been remodeled into swank hotel rooms, but instead of using the loft-like ceilings and open space to create spacious rooms, the architect added unnecessary walls and doors to honeycomb the rooms with pointless hallways and surplus cabinets so that our bedroom was cramped and without sufficient space for our luggage.

The brunch was over the top wonderful!!Held our luggage so we could explore before our cab to our cruise. When we arrived, assisted in getting us a cab from the bus stop as we traveled by bus from Venice.

Restaurant was not staffed well. Each we we went, we gad problems.

Small but nicely furnished and clean room with a comfortable bed. We stayed for just one night, and the standard room size was perfectly adequate for that. However, for a longer stay, a larger room would be more comfortable. We really appreciated the detailed directions provided in advance, which made it easy to access the hotel within the restricted travel zone. The location is perfect.

No coffee maker provided for this room category. We just had a kettle and instant coffee (yuck!).

This is the place to say in Chioggia as it is on the main stair right next to the water taxi stop. The room was large.

The hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and the hotel had a little welcome prepared for her in the room. We would gladly come again anytime. Breakfast was great!

The minibar makes a bit of a noise, but we got used to it. The pillows were a bit flat.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel is lovely and setup to deal with the cruise people. Breakfast was very good.

Bed was a bit hard. Shower was not hot enough. Lighting in bathroom was very poor.

Hotel Grande Italia is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Chioggia was such an unexpected positive surprise. We were there to catch a cruise, but found that we really enjoyed the beauty of the town, the people and the food.Our room was large and comfortable. The staff were very positive, helpful and efficient. There are great restaurants in easy walking distance.
