The room was extremely neat & clean with a very good bed. The TV and internet worked very well and the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. The toiletries provided were great...even shaving cream and a disposable razor! Nice touch.

The residence is not on the road of the address given; it is a short way down an alley so is a bit hard to find. Parking is a real headache. Breakfast was not available, nor were ice cubes, but the host did give us coffee and tea upon request.

Simply the best. Helpful owners who speak English. Beautifully appointed rooms. Clean comfortable. Loved the fruit bowl and the coffee machine. The Pizza in their restaurant was fantastic. Better is not possible.

The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely couple who do their best to meet all requests. It is located near the beach and a pass for an umbrella and beach chairs are given to you as part of your booking. This is a real bonus, as the beach has reserved booking areas you would would otherwise have to pay for. It is also within walking distance of Chioggia, a small town. The owners also operate a small pizzeria next to the hotel which is where you have a delightful breakfast each morning and can count on for a good dinner at the end of the day. If your destination is the city of Venice, this may not be the best location, as there are no water buses to the city, but there is a regular bus. Ask the proprietors for the 'how to' with organizing a ticket, it can be tricky.

Our stay was simply spectacular. Everything was simply impeccable. From the care taken in cleaning, organization and decoration, everything was simply spectacular. Then the friendliness and availability of our host was tireless in explaining everything to us how to go visit Venice. The pizzas were great and the breakfast was impeccable, they didn't miss anything.We would like to thank you very much for the way you welcomed us. If we can return, this is where we want to stay. Fantastic room. Able to walk around bridge, etc.Breakfast was amazing.We were given tsp directions…helped tremendously.

What I loved the most was that this place was extremely clean. Beautiful rooms, every day fresh fruits, good price, friendly owner, very good location. I want to go back there next year.

There was really not a single negative thing about this place.

Brekfast was very good. Actually above normal hotel brekfast level in Italy. Personel was very professional and friendly and premices are clean and nicely decorated.

Very interesting design of the rooms, each room has a name, our room was called Cinema and we had white screen as in cinema instead Tv and everything was perfect

We couldn’t have breakfast because the restaurant is very small and no space for food corner. The lady owner had to explain what she can prepare for breakfast, then she started doing, then she started to prepare the drinks for the couple who was there, it took about 20 minutes, so we decided that we can’t wait other 20 minutes to prepare breakfast for us so we left without even taking coffee. Owner should think about any other option

I nice hotel in the north of Sottomarina. The room was fresh with a very nice bathroom. Recently renovated. Very nice and helpful staff, who even ran a pizzeria in the basement, where we had our breakfast. The breakfast was good. Free parking on the opposite side of the street. Sunbeds, umbrella and lockable cabin included in the nearby beach included. Even bikes for free.

A smaller hotel with an excellent location. Shaded parking space for the car close to the hotel. Cozy,modernly furnished room, nice design, everything perfectly clean. The excellent Pizzeria Mary Rosebelongs to the hotel. It serves excellent breakfasts for hotel guests. Pleasant and helpful staff, we willbe happy to come back here in the future.

We loved how we were 45 minutes from Venice proper, yet plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The sandy beach was a 10min short walk and was beautiful. Great for swimming. Our room had all the amenities.

Very near to the old town of Chioggia. All POIs are in walking distance. The owner family offers typical Italian breakfast und dinner. My absolute recommendation for a visit of Chioggia.Not easy to find. You must follow the one-way road Fondamenta Lungolaguna. You should park near Trattoria da Momolo. The entrance to the reception is behind that Trattoria.

Everything absolutely perfect. Great location. Clean room. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, coffee and fruit in the room, excellent breakfast, excellent pizza. Practical city bikes available. Alessandro and his wife are very nice, they try to help in all situations.

Our apartment was extremely comfortable and well outfitted with a good kitchen area adjacent to a small living room space. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. The bedroom was of an adequate size with a very comfortable queen bed. Everything was extremely clean. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in an adjoining restaurant was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and it was in close proximity to the cruise ship port in Chiaggio.

Not easy to find.

Nice apartment very close to the beach and port. You get access to a hut at the beach with sunbeds and chairs. (Which is perfect to lock up your valuables while going swimming) There's also bikes for you to take. We mainly explored the city by bike and it really elevated our experience since everyone else is biking too. We'd definitely recommend checking out the owner's pizzeria for dinner too! If you're planning for a longer stay you can wash your clothes in the washing machine and hang them up on the balcony no problem.

With the descriptions sent, we couldn't find a place to park our car at first so my father had to wait in the car while I went to the reception. The owner immediately showed us to the designated parking spot though so it wasn't too bad. Other than that we had no complaints.
