It is very close to the center, just outside the exit you see one of the canals. All amenities nearby. Small hotel, clean and very accessible.

Comfortable room, friendly reception

The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. It was too warm in the room.

We appreciated the kindness of Alice at the front desk. Our room was spacious and perfectly located in the heart of the city. It was also convenient to a bus stop which was helpful to us. We had a great view of the tower and our room was quiet even though our room faced a busy street.

No breakfast but the breakfast at the bar in the building was excellent, typically Italian ,caffe and the best croissants. Alice at the hotel are perfect and the owner of the hotel has be very proud of her.The location will not be everyone's taste but I like the old city centro. I enjoy history.

Beatiful place in the old City Center. Very quiet. Rooms are clean i confortable.

The location of the hotel was great; on the main street of Chioggia opposite the Duomo and near all the shops and restaurants. It was 10 minutes easy walk to the cruise terminal-even with suitcases- so quite possible to avoid paying the 25-30 euro taxi fee. The bedroom and bathroom were very compact but there was everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Both members of staff we met were friendly and helpful in recommending nearby restaurants etc

The hotel more than met our expectations. We knew before booking that breakfast would be at the adjacent bakery and not in the hotel itself but this may be a problem for some. The bakery was small excellent with a fresh orange juice, croissant and coffee included in the the price of the accommodation. The bakery was very popular and busy so it was a little difficult to get served, a few words of Italian and lots of smiles definitely helped! Also, the hotel reception is not manned after 7pm at night and after 11am until check in. At night, we were given a code for the door which was not a problem, and would have also worked if we were staying for more than one night. We had to have our cases removed from the building before 11 am and it would have been nice to be able to leave them a little longer so we could do more sightseeing.

For this kind of price in IT, I don’t usually get a place this nice - hotel with daily maid service, breakfast, clean and quiet, very nice building, right in the Chioggia town center.

The location is excellent directly in the city center, a beautiful small hotel, and the staff is very nice and welcoming. We got a room for the bikes and our own keys to access it. Perfect!

Kristina at reception was helpful and friendly.Rooms were nicely decorated, clean.Breakfast was wonderfully authentic - you get a voucher for a hot drink, juice and pastry of your choice at the cafe situated in the same building as the hotel, get to mix in with the locals and have the kind of breakfast Italians would have. Loved that.Included in the booking is a voucher for sunbeds and a parasol at a beach (InDiga) in Sottomarina, which is well equiped (showers, restaurant, paid parking).Parking at a public parking garage is no problem at all, €12 for 24 hours, only 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Amazing location in the heart of Chioggia. The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom nice and clean. The breakfast was included and you got a voucher for breakfast at a decent separate café within the same building as the hotel.

Overall we were very happy, so this is purely nitpicking: The room was a bit small, so if you have a lot of luggage you might have some trouble moving around your luggage in the room. The service and staff at the separate breakfast café was less pleasant, but that's not the hotels fault.
