Great location, nice pool.

Staff was terrible, front desk. Un knowledgeable…..wasted my time, told me wrong info many times, said I could be refunded one night, then I made another reservation that was non refundable based on what they had just told me…..then they said they couldn’t refund…..told me I would be reimbursed for my breakfast as I said I didn’t want them included, and they never did. Terrible service

Unpleasant experience

Too long check-in, not ready room made us wait for an hour in total, leaking shower box, absence of elementary comfort, like working socket in a bathroom or towel hooks made our stay very uncomfortable.Moreover a cleaner opened our room without knocking, because othe guests just missed the room number.Breakfast was not tasty - seemed that eggs war made from some powder.

Antonio was a very welcoming staff member on reception and was happy to have a brief chat with us to answer our questions about Italian culture.I have paver envy! The beautifully appointed flooring and spacious rooms made me wish we had booked more nights.The beach is just across the road and while it is closed for the season, we enjoyed our swim at the big pool.

Position

Mattresses were dirty, swimming pool was super dirty, breakfast was about quantity and not about quality. Room for 3 with very little space for clothes. Expensive car parking.

Pool was filthy, assumed this was because it had only just opened but was a bit disappointed to see other hotels surrounding us could be used by their guests and ours needed to be cleaned which was being done for the 2 days we were there and wasn’t finished

The only thing I liked about this property was when we pulled out of the parking lot to leave.

The parking was awful, the hotel lobby and hallways look deceivingly nice. The second you step into the room it all goes downhill. Our beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the sheets were like sandpaper with no actual blankets or comforters. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had mold all around the shower floor and all along the ceiling. The toilet had remnants inside. The breakfast was very gross and not one friendly person or guest in sight at this facility. Would never stay again. We tried our best to sleep and left at first light.

We got a double room. The standard of the bathroom is not a 4 star, needs a make-over. The toilet seat was loose , cracks on its floor so there was water leaking on the floor.

Great Sottomarina hotel, ideal for catching a cruise ship at Chioggialovely hotel, very quiet apart from the odd night. Had a corner sea view room with electric blinds, overlooking the beautiful beach. Reception very good and room ready nice and early, particular thanks to the beautiful Jelenia on reception who was so helpful, fantastic face of the hotel. Breakfast was served in the basement separate from any groups that were staying. Buffet style and very good. Staff went out of their way to help. The reception area is beautiful and modern

he rooms need a little attention, this didn't stop us enjoying our stay but maybe modernising the rooms would make them in keeping with the rest of the hotel. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The metlblackoit blinds rattled a bit in the wind!!

I have been traveling to four and five star hotels for 30years. It seems that the staff at B&B Hotel Chioggia have forgotten that they’re in the industry of service. The treatment of people at this property is appalling. Almost none of the amenities listed on booking.com were present in working order (a complete fraud).Advertised as year round but amazingly amenities only exist until September. No spa no pool no activities just closed outlets. The last night despite sweltering heat the hotel decided to turn off the climate control in rooms forcing our room above 30c ( dangerous with two infants). The food was worse than the staff, constantly undercooked pasta (not al dente), risotto was watery without flavor, a bean soup that was a can of Mexican refried beans with water and the same chicken dish for dinner 3 times in one week. I would camp in a cardboard box on the street before I paid to suffer under the hands of these imbeciles again. Please bring back the service professionals in Italy, it used to be a model for the world. By booking.com four stars, for anyone with experience it was not a two star hotel by standards.

Very nice and pleasant stay! Great location just next to the beach, close to the city centre, very good breakfast, highly reccomanded!

Perfect for a family holiday.Staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is renovated and has its own parking, which is fundamental in the high season, it is easy to unload your luggage especially if you have kids ( buggies lift etc )and very close to Stella Maris, one of the best new beaches where you can find a fantastic restaurant called Il Tavernino.

The room was not cleaned properly when I arrived ( I found someone else’s cut nails under the night table ) but when I complained, the hotel staff was very responsive and they sorted it out in a matter of minutes by sending a cleaner for an extra cleaning and this time it was properly cleaned.
