Good location, friendly people, very clean and organized. Great outdoors including pool.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking was very convinient.

The hotel lacked a playroom for children, which is mentioned in the description on the booking. The breakfast was very poor, the choice very small, the quality terrible. There was no fruit, only sliced melon (while in the adjacent ALDI there was always a large selection of good fruit), ham of terrible quality, all sweet parts bought and over-sweetened. Coffee average to below average. Terrible bed quality. In the triple room only two beds and an extra bed on wheels. It seems like everything that can be affected by the staff was good and everything decided by management was pretty terrible. Hotel restaurant average. Definitely not 4 stars.

The main lobby area, the restaurant and the pool are all superb facilities, they are up-to-date and well looked after. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were welcoming.

The room was a bit tired, it felt quite basic.

Definitely not a four star in the last century, paid for two double beds. Got two singles. Room had a very bad odour in the washroom. Everything is very old and outdated. Blankets smell like old people. staff walk around hallways smoking/vaping. Bikes are busted old things with no brakes etc. could easily delete two of the stars off the property, it might have been four once, but not in my lifetime

Paid for double beds, got singles. Bathroom smelt horrible, maybe the bidet isn’t cleaned, place needs a renovation, lots of random junk stored in fire stairs obstructing evacuation

Friendly staff, clean, well maintained (but old) and excellent loacation.We liked it, and most likely we will be back if we go to Chioggia again for a new cruise. Excellent choice and highly recommend hotel. Price/quality was among the best I've had for years. Well done.

They could improve on their English speaking, after all, a lot of tourists are non-italian. Lunch menu and service was really bad. Way to little choices, extremely small and expensive. However, it was really good though.

The umbrella and sit t at the beach was one of the most expensive I ever experienced in Italy .. 21 euro per day wow

The hostess not very welcoming, the facilities are outdated, very small pool and not enough sun beds for everyone. A 4 star hotel who doesnt have enough car parking for everyone, made me take my car to an outside car park, which according to them is close ( but in fact isn’t) even though i let them know i had a 1 yr old and could possibly need things from my car. They didnt want to hear about it. The service, very slow. One small elevator for the whole place.

Our room had a wonderful outlook, very quiet and dark after a very long day's delayed flight travel. The hotel emailed in timely way and responded to me very quickly. Room and Ensuite standard of cleanliness was wonderful! In the morning we went for a walk, then an amazing breakfast served by super friendly staff at the hotel then swim at the beach. The cab ride was excellent, booked ahead and organised by hotel front reception. He was an honest cab driver who took us to our cruise departure terminal with no issues or concerns. Sottomarina is my new favourite beach spot.The local community too was excellent, local shops were very high standard, friendly too. It was nice to be left to walk around and not approached by every second person in the street trying to sell you stuff. There was sign up at the beach that made it illegal to sell without the right permit too.

The hotel bike was not in the best shape, but they were included in the price. The sea view was seen only from the corner of the room (was extra charged).

I think that breakfast became less and less variable. Seems to be you need to be at the restaurant at 7.00 to get variation of food, like fruits, cakes, cheese etc.Quality of food has become worse as well. We have been staying here at least 6 last years and its a pitty to see such development.

Bad breakfast for a 4 star hotel. insuficient types of fruit. powder juices. no natural juices. no cold tea. only 3 kinds of bread. insuficient type of cakes. No eletric bikes. bar service. only one elevator.the price demand in hotel for sun umbrelas and 2 chairs was superior of the price demand on the beach.

room with seaside view was great, breakfast was above and beyond, the dinner was excellent, our compliments to the chef and all the staff.

nothing to do with the hotel, but it was extremely windy one night which the howling wind made it difficult to get to sleep.
