    Pros +

    • The location is fantastic
    • Location was so good a lot of restaurants around the flat also was big enough was comfy had nearly everything you need
    • The location of this hotel was perfect. Easy walking distance to parking as well as all of the main street restaurants and shops.

    Cons -

    • The hotel needs maintenance on every corner. The staff is impossible to reach. Room cleaning is happening if you're lucky. Any requests by email or via Booking are completely ignored. The telephone is never picked up. I had to get in touch with the admin from the owner of the group to get my toilet paper replenished. The room was big but had a super mini bathroom. Impossible to get into the shower unless you're super slim.
    • The only thing I didn't like there it was the bat. I think they could have a better bed for sleeping. I couldn't sleep so good on it but was okay
    • The items in the warehouse could not be used to cook because there was no appliances too cook with. We stayed a full 8 days and never got room cleaning service, fresh towels, or not even one linen change and had to wash our towels in the laundry room downstairs. The laundry room had an ironing board, but no iron could be found so we could not press our clothes. Also, the luggage cart in the main hall had has a broken wheel so we could not use it and had to carry many pieces of luggage out.

    Not worth the money.

not worth the money. The room on the ground floor has very thin windows, it's in general very humid and had some of lamps not working so it felt overall very dark. The keys didn't work at first so we had to call the support, which wasn't aware of how the system worked in detail. I was expecting something different, from the pictures they show.

Nothing, when I arrive, I saw the room had an untidy curtained room down under the house- pretty much like a horror to me. so I left and look for another place to stay.

    Everything

Perfect location in the city centre, friendly staff.

Terrible urine smell from the shower drainage

That was the 2d time i’m visiting this hotel and i have to say the best!First of all it’s affortable for what it offers you,i have stayed to the room 6 and now i’m at the room 2 and it has so many things inside like you are home.It has a fully-equiped kitchen with microwave, stoves, dishwasher and the most important for me the nespresso coffee machine. It has whatever you need to cook from forks, spoons, knifes, pods, plates, cups, glasses etc.It also has free tablets for the dishwasher and when you checkin at your room, they offers you coffee capsules, tea, sugar and bottled water. It also has a mini cute fridge. The interior design is really beautiful. The bathroom is very fair too. Also you can go to the laundry room to grab by yourself fresh cleaned towels. Also the bathroom has 2 mirrors one big and one small and it also has a powerful hairdryer so you don’t have to bring yours. In the 2d floor of the building it also has an awesome werehouse with all the kitchenware maybe you need to take for your room. It also has an iron for your clothes.I also forgot to mention that this hotel is self-service that’s why you have to do everything by yourself it doesn’t have a reception and staff but this is what i like very much. When you come and checkin for the 1st time, you have to grab your card-key from a box in the hallway and you can come any time you want it doesn’t have to be the excact time indicated on checkin and i really like that. Also the rooms are very warm too.It was one of the best hotels i stayed in the world and i’m gonna come back soon.Congratulations to the owners!

I wanted to had a shower with doors but it’s okay. The only thing i would like is to be a little more cleaned because last year also i had come,i had the same problem, the room was a little dusty and the nespresso coffee machine was not clean. But it’s okay.I cleaned it by myself. When we checked in this time that we came,it didn’t had toilet paper and soap in the laundry room and i bought from the supermaket. Also in the laundry room has a washmachine and a dryer and detergent so you can wash your clothes, but this time the washmachine and the dryer were really dirty so i had to cleaned it by myself to put my clothes in. Also one more thing:That time i stayed at the room 2 on the ground floor and the room was amazing but it had some stairs that they lead you in an empty basement inside the room and the basement is covered by a sheet and this is really creepy.I suggest you to cover that with a door or something or make it another extra room.

It was clean and the location was good.

The beds were so soft and saggy. Very uncomfortable. Night stand tables too small. We came into our room at 9:00PM and soon a knock on our door from the person downstairs….that we were too noisy. We weren’t talking at all-it was just the very noisy and creaky floor. Also it was posted that the room would be refreshed with new towels. We did not get new towels —and had used our 2 for showering and drying our few laundry items. Then we had to put them on the floor because the shower ran onto the floor. Poor design. Had to use hand towels for our shower the next day. This after calling twice to ask for fresh towels. Not happy with the service at all.

    Not a serious property

We could not enter the building as nobody gave us the access codes (self check-in). After we called the property, we were kept outside in the October cold, in front of the entrance door as they were looking for our access codes and send them by email. After several phone calls and 1 hour passed, the client service was out of operating hours so we had nobody to talk to and no email with access codes has been sent..... Had to find a different place to stay at 23.00 in the evening.

    The neighborhood

    1. The bathroom in this room smells very bad! The door must be closed all the time.2. We were waiting more than 2 hours outside the hotel in a rainy day. we never received the check in mail neither a response for the emails we’ve sent asking for the code and help.We had to call $$$$ using our foreign line and this call center takes a lot of time for an answer. Finally someone help us but it tools some more time even for this person to find out how to give us the code.

The location of the ANA Living was perfect, right in the Old City, in a beautiful location. Everything you needed was in walking distance. The room was beautiful and the staff handled all our needs

Everything was perfect. It did get a little warm a few nights (in August) so we purchased a small fan and that with the windows open made it incredibly comfortable.

    7MustaphaPosted on: 8-17-2024

Good room, it was super hot when I stayed. The place could benefit with AC or at least provide a fan.

Comfortable bedLovely coffee machineGreat location Great shower and plenty of clean towels

No luggage storage provided A little noisy, can hear into other rooms but had ear plugs so wasn't so bad but would maybe provide them as an option for future travellers

Location was good - room was nice.

No provision for left luggageAdvertised parking available , but no method of booking ( tried phone and email)

    9MonikaPosted on: 3-9-2024

It was clean, comfortable and in the middle of the city centre which was a great bonus. We ended up staying in a room with a private bathroom and I definitely recommend it. The shower was amazing, the kitchen was well equipped, a washer and dryer are also available.

There was some issue with our key card and we initially couldn't get inside the room, but we called the number (which I recommend to texting) and they gave us another room. In the end it all worked out for the best.

    7ChristianPosted on: 3-5-2024

The hotel is close to the city center! The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the bathroom separated from the room.

    6EmilyPosted on: 1-28-2024

Really lovely place and great location.

We booked for the parking we needed and wanted to be in the city centre but never got to use the parking for the site. We had emailed ahead with no response, then tried to ring a few times but the staff for the number was a different hotel to our apartment so the staff didn’t know anything about parking. We got directed to a shopping centre car park and paid more money than would have been for the paid parking for the place.

    Location

    - No parking, parking information not available, they couldnt give us any information even tho they have their own parking garage apparently- exterior bathroom: we knew it, but the bathroom was not close. We had to walk through the whole corridor-trash: there was random trash laying around in the hotel-laundry: we wanted to use the "free laundry", but the room was covered with wet and dirty towels- Elevator made really weird sounds and took about a minute for two floors- you could hear everything from the corridor and room next door- bathroom: the shower is installed so badly, no door in the shower so the whole bathroom floods every time you shower

    6OlivierPosted on: 12-18-2023

The room was nice, the check-in experience bad, the email was in German with no translation in English, the place is unstaffed. the key safe is coming off the wall. Internet was not working, which generally is not a big issue but I came here from work and I simply could not. Obtaining an invoice was a pain, whilst the room, comfort, cleanliness and design were nice I wont be staying there again.

    6JoanaPosted on: 11-20-2023

The location of the hotel is great and the hotel itself is warm and dry.

The pictures make the room look a lot bigger than it is, the exhaust from the kitchen goes nowhere so the food smell stays in the room and the temperature of the water shower is not constant (either two hot or to cold). I am glad the company paid, otherwise I would've been piss off!
