Best Western Hotel AM Europaplatz

Clean, quiet, walking distance to town.

Everything was great.

Breakfast was great! The room was a great size for family of 4.

The parking was tight.

Clean and new room, Good bed, good breakfast, comfortable for car park

Good location, comfy spacious room, and friendly staff. Good breakfast

Space of the rooms, breakfast, location, staff

I sleep really sensitively - so Church bells every hour in the night were annoying .. hotel has nothing to do with that though… :)

Really clean and comfortable hotel. Kind staff, easy and good communication. Recommend.

Excellent room, the only minus is no refrigerator. A refrigerator is very necessary for travelers by car!Good breakfast, great scrambled eggs, but I would like to be able to order fried eggs.

I liked everything except the endless rain outside)

Friendly receptioniste, nice clean room. They've combined two rooms to form one family room, making for a separate bedroom for the kids. Each bedroom has a TV set and share one bathroom. Super! Bathroom is not really big, but has everything you'll need. Small fridges in both bedrooms. Breakfast was fine. The lemon cake was devine. Bread warm and fresh. Pillows were a bit soft, but that seems to be a german thing? As all of our stays seemed to have very soft pillows. We will gladly return when in the area.

Noisy plastic bedcovering.

Very professional and friendly management and employees. The breakfast is exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the employees couldn't do enough for us. Keep up the good work!

No complaints.

Staff are EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, welcoming and informative. Breakfast has everything one could hope for and the scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and not overdone! (I'm kinda picky about that)

Free parking is a bit of a gamble, I assume because of the cinema and restaurant next door. The free covered parking for the hotel is nice, but very hard to navigate around in with anything more than a small car, and it was mostly full. There is an underground paid parking garage, though. Not a deal-breaker in any way though.

Room was spacious , check in/ out easy , tea/ coffee/ kettle in room . Breakfast was the best choice I’ve had in a hotel for a long while . All staff friendly and helpful. Shower / bathroom wonderful with big towels. Bedding was perfect for summer , for me the best was being able to park my car in the secure underground garage.

Fairly new premises located in a good position with ample parking provided

Free parking and the room were clean.

No ice and A/C didn't get the room cool. The pillows where flat with no support. Front desk closed after 10 pm.

great room with huge desk/table space and enough space for clothes and suitcases friendly staff

everything was to our liking

It is very good and modern hotel in the centre of the city. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was a success, one of the best meals we have had in hotels.

All the guarantees that a Best Western chain offers...very kind staff, spacious rooms, very comfortable kitchen, excellent breakfast and private parking. Hotel overlooking a small town square, in total tranquility and a few kilometers from Augusta and other more important cities. Traveling by car, therefore not having the need to stay in larger cities, this is the perfect hotel!

The location was nice and enough parking free of charge. Spacy room with kettle tea and coffee. Coffees and restaurants around.

coffee mug had still red lipstick from someone before on it and towel for the floor was dirty. No staff after 19.00 and honestly also not the most motivated and friendly ones in the afternoon.

Very nice helpful stuff and good breakfast

The cushion was poor

Very good breakfast, great coffee ,great room, comfortable bed; very good parking

The restaurant next to the hotel only works from 17 onwards; the hotel garden was not working

Standard. Fine. Nothing wrong.

Absolutely overpriced. It costs like a luxury hotel but it's actually a very standard facility. And on top of that, you don't even get a bottle of water. Or actually you do get a small bottle of water, if you are a subscribed member....These rooms can cost up to 260 euros per night: I think the bottle of water could be easily included, instead of charging you 3.50€. You can have a free drink...if you ask to not clean your room during your stay. Again, for 260 euros per night, I think it's just a bit ridiculous to treat customers this way.
