Lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Great decor. Very good spa facilities. Quiet location. Tasty breakfast.

No toilet roll in toilet, only three tissues in dispenser so gad to go hunting fir some, which I found in cupboard by lifts.

We arrived 10.50 pm. at the hotel, and it was locked. Despite them writing to ask for an email and a phone number, which I provided promptly, to send me a code for a key box, they never did send it. I wrote to them to update our arrival time and to ask for the code again to no avail. Upon arrival, we started calling a number from a note on the door and wringing a porter's bell, yet again, no answer whatsoever! And it was 11.00 in the evening, it wasn't even that late! We stayed there for half an hour after a 20-hour trip and nobody answered our calls and wringing! At last, I called Booking.com and they offered to send us to a different hotel for the night and to deal with a refund from Arthotel ANA Gold. Thank you, Booking!

Parking space

The room was hot and cramped, stingy breakfast

We really liked the beds, and the swimming pool. We did not take any breakfast so it is hard to say much about it. It’s a pleasant place overall, and it’s nice that you can park at the property;

The toilet in the room of my daughters did not flush properly, and the toilet in our room had no seat (and the broken seat on the floor was a bit dirty)

No real fridge in the room. The tram nearby is loud if you have young kids (for adults its fine).

Limited parking, lack of staff, breakfast quality and arrangement

Quiet, relaxed vibe. Felt like I was the only guest sometimes. Very clean. Free coffee.

Was sometimes difficult to find an employee. The middle of my mattress was very sunken, needs replacing.

This is a hidden gem. Maybe lacking the glamout and glitz as the high priced hotels. It was in a quiet neighborhood but only about 4 Km from Augsburg center. Easy to get to and from. Staff was super friendly and helpful even though not sitting waiting for you. Instead you ring a buzzer & they are quickly there to assist. Room was small but comfortable. The absolute high point is the outstanding pool, spa, & sauna !!! Breakfast was more than adequate. I would use again.

Parking was a bit limited. It is ls located on a very narrow side street. There are 3 or 4 spaces in front of hotel then parallel parking on the street. In sipte of that, I had no problem finding close parking.

We asked for parking when making the booking. They did not mention that there were only 3 parking spaces. When we arrived there was none left and we had to park in a residential area.Mouldy shower roomNo reception. Getting the key was a farce

Good location with a grocery store right next to it as well as a tram stop. The room was okay and spacious and clean when we arrived. There was a fridge to get some drinks in the evening, free coffee/tea, and the lounge could be used 24/7.

The worst part of the visit was the shower as the water was dripping out and it was impossible to have a proper shower. The water in the pool is rather cold and it wasn't very pleasant.

The bed was comfortable. The 24 hour coffee machine was a bonus.

Pool was too cold to swim in. Breakfast meets looked unappetizing. No one available at check in to time although I arrived during the stated reception hours. When I needed basic necessities like toothbrush or utensils no one was there to help. The overall hotel needs work.

Hotel on 1st view looks very nice and clean, personal was friendly, also good coffee for free was a nice plus. Thank youWe booked it for swimming pool, but 1st day water was very cold (sauna was appreciated)

Metal window was completely wet at the morning by condensate air, external rolo didn't work (we used only inner rolo). Some details in the room - you can see that it's old and used (therefore lower score), but in general for lower price thanks to Genius it was OK and nice stay.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Nice hot bath. Good spa. Good breakfast.

Pool could have been a little warmer.

I live in one city my friend lives in another, Augsburg is a nice in-between. We like to relax in the sauna and pool and go out for the evening. This time we made reservations at Viet Com across the street. The only draw back, not very many drink options at the restaurant. We walked back and found cocktails and wine for reasonable prices at the hotel. It was a nice point of relaxation in the Christmas madness.

The shower could have used a wall scrub down. Some of the decor could use updating. The staff were super lovely.

Amazing place. Beautifully decorated. Tons of amenities in the price. Amazing swimming pool, sauna plus a fitness raum. Exceptionally clean. Great location, close to the Autobahn. Loads of food options nearby. Parking available as well. All in all a 10/10 stay. Would definitely visit again.

The property can have a faster response time for the messages in booking.com. the room could have a water heater at least.

Great quiet location, nice amenities, including stunning swimming pool and nice sauna.

The staff is supeer friendly, the breakfast is amazing! Facilities clean, and always open for use!
