Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Tea & coffee available throughout the day.

Great stay with very friendly staff. The coffee machine was a great feature and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, the company allows guests with dogs, which barked throughout the night and early morning. Luckily, they only there for a 1 night stay and the rest of the week was very pleasant.

Decent and clean room. Bus stop for Augsburg centre was 5 minutes away. Good value.Helpful reception.

The rooms were spacious

The view was a cemetery, the bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was making a-lot of noise all night.

Old rooms with old interior and no room service and no normal room cleaning.

The pictures online do not really match the rooms, it is much older and lived through, the floors are uneven and I never saw any staff. Not for the reception, not for room cleaning, nothing. The hotel saves as much money on personnel as possible so there is no normal option for room cleaning, there were no extra towels and not enough pillows. They are hiding the lack of room cleaning behind a facade of environmental concerns, but they are only concerned with saving money. It is the absolute bare minimum and feels like bad value for the money. I won’t stay there again.

Room cleaning staff started to make big noise early in the morning..(7:00) They disturbed us to much by making a lot noises..They were talking very loud too..Those sounds made me crazy...

Everything perfect , good location , friendly staff, nice decorated lobby with free coffee(machine with fresh coffee), large bedroom , large and comfy bed, very clean

Hotel receptionist Batou was lovely! Very friendly, welcoming and willing to help with any problems. Free coffee machine downstairs was a nice touch and the whole hotel was very clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable and there was heating in the rooms. Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and Aldi type store and 5 minutes from a tram stop. Would visit every time we go to Augsburg!

Wasn’t too fond of the carpet in the room with it being a dog friendly hotel. Radiator was loose on the wall and the floor by the door was incredibly creaky. No refrigerator or kettle in the room also which was quite disappointing.

The breakfast might be improved. The location isn’t fancy but it is quiet and parking in the street was ok

Spacious room, old house features, nice design.

Breakfast was very unappetizing: we had a feeding that they were using the cheapest grocery to make it.. and the price per person is 17-20€?The second point-we had unpleasant neighbours, apparently they were drunk und yelled during the night ?‍?

The entry door was so heavy we thought we couldn't unlock it! No coffee available as advertised. Staff lady was not friendly.

Didn't get the booked room with the separate beds but king-size bed. There were stains on the linens. The room was rather worn-out.
