Cigarette smell in the hallway

The staff was really nice and helpful, specifically the gentleman at the reception !

Mold on the walls, squeaky bed, furniture riveted with different screws, the wooden floor badly damaged. Needs renovation fast !

Calm and quiet location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. City center available by 20-30 minutes bus trip.

Small and inconvenient bathroom (though the equipment is relatively new). Only laminated flooring. Very creaky floors and bed. The acoustics in the room are too good.

We came for exhibition, so this hotel perfect if you have car. There is a free car parking area, rooms are comfortable and silence. Hotel is available for business trip.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and I appreciate the parking lot.

The room is small, but manageable for a sleep-over. The bed was rather squeaky, wardrobe had couple broken hinges, and the hallways have a faint nicotine smell to them.

Had an elevator. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Good value.

The room was great.Tip: The room is a little far from the bus stations. Catch bus number 23. Bus number 22 does not reach anywhere near to the room.

Close location to Autobahn

Very noisy, everyone speaking/dropping things on the floor in the rooms around could be heard and awake you late night! Also finding the location was not nice experience and even the navigation system didn’t work well in this residential areas.

Everything was fine, once I had found the hotel, Signage is poor and it is not recognised on Garmin Satnav's. I particulalrly like the lift from the catpark to the bedrrom floors. Meals were good although service was a bit slow one night (I used this hotel twice, once on my journey from France to Romania and again on the way back)

The maintenance of the rooms was poor - the bedside light did now work.

The younger and and the older men that work there are very nice and service minded.

There is a lady that works in this place that is absolutely horrible. She should not work around people at all and she is the only reason for the low ratings.

It was very calm and cozy.

Unfortunately, the bed bug was found in my room after 2 hours, causing me to cancel my stay there.

Very cosy and clean hotel, in a quiet area of the city.The staff was very friendly and helpful.They have a restaurant and the dinner was very good.Also the breakfast was various and fresh.I fully recommend Adler hotel.

Very basic and hot without any fans or air-conditioning in our hot summer 2024 exacerbated by having to keep windows closed when sleeping due to the noise from the highway.

For an overnight stay it was perfect place . Staff were great ,food and drinks were excellent.

The Staff was very friendly - but its definitely a very basic and kind of old Hotel. But it doesnt matter - because its clean and thats most important.

Very basic and small single rooms!

We had a great room, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was nice and big. Staff were very good. Good menu for dinner, food was very good. They had a great lift down to the car park, so you didn’t have to pull your cases up the steps.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
