Hotel am alten Park

location, cleanliness, privacy

Staff was friendly. The location is close to downtown. The room was very large, and the shower worked properly. You get a free beer if you don't want your room cleaned.

This must have been part of the hospital before, because it is just like one would expect from a hosptial room. Strange noises in the night and early morning.

The location is perfect if you travel by train, the train station is nearby, and still the hotel is cozy and quiet. You are close to all attractions in the center of Augsburg, everything is in walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel several times in the past, together with my son. I like this hotel very much.

Close to train station, walking distance to inner city and attractions. Great breakfast.

Loved our stay here. We received a warm friendly greeting and we're surprised by allowing us an early check in. Large clean comfortable room and bed. Simply furnished with all we needed. No air conditioning for a cooler night but fans allowed us to direct fresh air in thruout the evening. Quiet if windows closed. Great shower. Close to Haptbahnhof and mall with restaurants and grocery. Elevator.

Clean and comfortable! Great location near train station. Excellent breakfast.

Very clean and welcoming, simple but elegant. Very central location but quiet. Kind personnel.

The room was small or what i think it should by my standards ,but really functional. You had everything in.Cleanless was excellent ,Bathroom (as it should be ) was small ,but had fantastic bath tub. Also wi fi included ,beautiful garden and very friendly staff ,especially young lady who did my check in.The bed was perfect so I could sleep well ,with great pillows On the scale from 1 to 10 i will give you 10+

Check in, friendly staff, quality breakfast, clean room.

It was very clean, the receptionist was very accomdating and has explained the amenities clearly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure from the shower is strong, which is important to me. In general, I had a great stay at the hotel.

The receptionist was efficient & helpful. The family room was spacious with sufficient heating.

Location is perfect if you need to catch an early train because it is quiet and within walking distance to the station.

It has a bit the atmosphere of a nursing home. Clean but very uncharging

The best thing about this hotel is they have clean and spacious rooms.

The arrival was chaotic, it was really difficult to find the hotel. It's in the middle of a park where there's also a hospital and there's no clear indication of how to get there. I came across more guests in the same situation and had to give them instructions to get to the hotel. The room looks like a hospital room (maybe it was at some point?). No fridge. Part of the staff was really helpful, others were just correct. The location is not exactly good, it's a bit far from the center and at night the surrounding streets have very poor illumination and look kind of dodgy.

The apartment is quiet, very comfortable and clean, with a modern spacious bathroom.Location is in a nice park and perfect for walking to main sights and to the station.

the location was very good. The room was clean.

The room did not have cups nor kettle for hot water. Have to go downstairs for drinking water.

Excellent location close to the station Friendly welcoming and helpful staff

Smoking area outside and below my room window

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the train station (which was great since I arrived quite late and left early). Extremely clean, modern, comfortable room with everything I needed. A decent size too. The roof terrace was also lovely. The free water was a nice touch.

Nothing - it was great.

The location was perfect. The room was more than I expected with excellent finish. The gardens were beautiful and gave the feeling that we were away in the country...so peaceful!

There was nothing to dislike. In fact we would definitely stay there again. My sister lives in Augsburg and I told her to recommend this hotel to any visiting friends and family

Very cosy and clean place. Near the Bahnhof and city center. Green and calm garden. What else to demand...

Wifi is not well. Breakfast is relatively expensive. But I think that's all, all other was nice and acceptable.

Calm and nice surroundings Modern and very cleanVery functional room

Hotel is next to and I think related to a private hospital- at least the architecture and decoration feels that wayMany reminders to use web check in - which is only in German, and did not accept all type of IDsCleaning staff tried to enter room at 9h, way before check outBreakfast selection a bit smallNo private bike garage, a shared one outside
