Cozy, friendly staff, no fuss check-in and check-out

Friendly staff

NO AC!!! Falsely listed as having it!!! Room has seen better days, I believe we stayed in the business suite, walls were cracked, furniture used, no bathtub.

We arrived after hours but were given detailed instructions on access. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was very good. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The wall to wall carpeting, but on balance, but a big issue.

The cleaning was terrible. When we got the room there was traces of feces in toilet, spider webs and stains on the bed frame and chair in the room. After we complained and insisted on getting another room we were moved to another room. Here it was dusty and there was filled with hair from previous guest in the room and drawer with hair dryer. They tryed to "compensate" with two drinks in the bar, which we were not interested in. No finansial compensation was given. Worst hotel experience i have had in years!

No AC and leaving windows open there is loud street and restaurant noise.

You should consider changing the type of bed linen as it keeps you extremely warm. You dont want the feeling of a hospital bed.

The reception on arrival, the competence and attention accorded by the staff, although I arrived really late. The breakfast was superb, everything to start the day was available. Will definitely be staying here again.

I arrived very late (0.15am)There was a key in a key safe (pre arranged) but staff were still there and showed me in.Great service even though reception was closed.Breakfast was great in the morning and again excellent service .

This was an interesting find, as we were looking for a place to stay for a weekend around Landsberg am Lech area.We appreciated the following:- comfortable bed- good equipped room with minibar, mini-locker for valuables- overall clean- very good breakfast- very good value- very nice staff at the desk

The friendliness of the staff, escpecially the waitress in the evening she remembers us from previous visits and is very helpful, I was travelling alone this time and was made to feel very welcome and at ease.

There was nothing I didn't like, but it would be good to have tea/coffee making facilites in the room, I was able to get a glass of hot water for my tea from the bar but would be nice to be able to have one in the room as well as the well stocked mini bar.

Perfectly located for our family trip. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious, so much choice.The beds in this hotel are super comfy, and the hotel is extremely quiet.

Quiet neighborhood, good check-in procedure for late check-ins after 11 pm, well equipped, spacious room. Nice staff.

I found 2 small bugs in the room and one bigger on the staircase. I suppose the disinsection was not done for some time. Another thing to be aware of is there is no air conditioning in the room or I couldn't find the controls

Everything except General Manager or whatever title the man with eyeglasses in the "glassenclosed office is called.

The general manager omitted twice to return morning greetings extended to him while he was 2 meters away behind the front office counter.

We made a last-minute reservation and stayed in a beautiful room. The beds were super comfortable and well needed after many hours of driving. It was so nice that our dog was allowed to stay with us for a small fee. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of choice and even gluten - and dairy-free options, a big plus for us! The staff was superfriendly and helpful. We will be returning for sure in the future while heading to Slovenia! Thank you!

Large room, nice bathroom and good showers.The staff were friendly.

Very hot without Airco or ventilation. We had to keep the windows open while asleep, but the road noise and church bell kept us awake all night. Bathroom sink was leaking a bit. And it is very long walk and 2 elevator to reach our room

No ac. And in the hot summer the room got quite warm in the night
