Pros +
- Ideal location, away from hustle and bustle of city life, but close to major route.
- Neat and tidy. Very nice breakfast. Close free parking.
- Room was comfortable, and the hotel was in a very quiet location (until the ducks woke up!) There was ample parking. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options, and the dining room was large. Staff were very nice.
Cons -
- Nothing to report
- The restaurant waitress who checked us in on arrival was incredibly rude and abrupt. The lady who supervised breakfast and our check out was the opposite and was very pleasant.
- There was no one immediately available at check-in. There was a phone number to call, but we had North American cell phones so calling would have been difficult and a considerable expense. Someone from the kitchen made a call for us so we could check in which was very kind.

I picked this place by price and free parking option. Location was not so important this time. the area is really quiet and I had really great sleep. Very polite service, good breakfast and free parking few steps from entrance. Very satisfied!
