Alex at check-in was so friendly and helpful! He was so welcoming and was intentional to make us feel welcome. He spent time showing us a map of the town and provided us with umbrellas. Wow! Our room was simple but very clean. All we needed!!

The bathroom was very very small, the hotel is quite dated and there was very little sound proofing.

Horrible stay. Outdated, dirty, one of the elevators broken, one of the towels in the room dirty, curtains in the room didn’t work properly, no A/C or fan in the room, the room walls are super thin meaning you can hear everything in the halls and the rooms next door. There's a super loud bar next door where the neighbors loudly partied all night.Hard to believe they charge these prices for this type of experience.

Very central located, room was ok

The air in my room smelled like some smoked there before. I had to put peppermint oil in my nose to forget the smell. I didnt have time to ask for a change because i was short on time. I didnt get a discount. Its "ok" but i will be more careful next time

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was adequate. the location is very good.

No airconditioning in the room. Most of the channels on the TV were scrambled. The hotel bar TV didn't work, so we couldn't watch the soccer game.

The room was dusty in the beginning, after to days cleaning it became ok.

Short walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Windows open all the way to allow for a nice airflow.

Very outdated and the bathroom was very small! Also, the pillows were almost nonexistent but if I were staying longer I would’ve just requested additional pillows.

This hotel is very well placed for train travel, and to see the main sights of Augsburg. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable, I slept pretty well. The breakfast (for an additional charge) was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Augsburg who needs to be near the main train station.

I was welcomed in a much appreciated friendly manner at 2am upon my arrival. I loved having a nice big double bed after coming from staying a hostel, and it was just great having a room to myself. Everything was spotless, the linens and towels were very clean, the storage was great and the bathroom also. I had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was a treat in the morning, I thoroughly enjoyed my eggs and coffee - especially with the oat milk on hand.

I would have loved to have more access to gluten free and dairy free breakfast items especially for the price of €17 but that is the only thing.

Excellent location , just a 2 minute walk from the main rail station , and the city centre less than a 5 minute walk away . The staff were very polite and helpful . The room was spacious and comfortable .
