City Hotel Ost am Kö

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Breakfast servers very attentive.

Hotel is right on a main road down the street from the bus/train station and there is a ton of foot traffic outside and although German's are usually quiet after 10pm that is not the case here.

Perfect Location! Most attractions reachable by foot. Very clean room, excellent Breakfast! Very friendly staff!

Great location close to the train station so we could get into Munich easily. Very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Bed was too firm for me. Woke up with a sore back.

The breakfast had a good selection and was really good .Justin or closely similar name was our table attendant and was exceptional. He should be training employees at Nordstrom in the US when it comes to superior customer service . We stayed for 2 weeks visiting the Netherlands , Germany and Italy . He was by far the best hotel staff employee we encountered on our entire trip.

Not having to do any steps to the top floor after getting off the elevator on the floor below .

Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, and the local city tram station. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful.

I had some difficulties with the WiFi signal. I was trying to do a bit of remote work and my connection got dropped several times.

Very centrally located and the breakfast was beautifully displayed. The staff was lovely and the room we got overlooked a church, so the bells were really charming. Location was 5-star worthy!

The hotel parking was tricky, but that was the only drawback, we did score a spot at least!

Excellent location! Breakfast was great.

The elevator didn't go all the way to the top floor, where my room was, so I still had to carry my suitcase one floor up the stairwell. The room and restroom were tiny.

The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety, and perhaps the friendliest server we've ever had - he was so nice! We felt very welcome. Our room was comfortable and we were absolutely thrilled to find it had a portable air-conditioning unit, wonderful during the heat wave Europe was having during the time we visited. The hotel has extremely convenient access to parking, and it seemed to be well located in the city. (It was a Sunday, so the city was a bit sleepy overall.)

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was large and comfortable.

Shower is a little small.

Breakfast and other services were good

My reservation was for 3 nights but at arrival I informed the reservation clerk I will stay only two nights night but I am charged for 3 night even though I stayed only two nights 2 nights

Hotel is great value for money, very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, location was great. Breakfast superb and staff extremely helpful.

Easy to walk to the old town. Parking was very close to the hotel and the staff could not have been nicer. A good, basic city hotel. No frills.

The rooms were very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was okay. The staff recommended a restaurant that needed reservations. We thought they could have called for us. We had no idea and were turned away.

Right at the edge of the inner city.Easy to reach and park.Good breakfast.

Superb small hotel! Staff is very kind, always available to help and making an effort to speak English, as my German in really terrible. Superb location. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended!

Rooms are small, but that's the price to pay for such a wonderful location.

The property is very clean. The location is excellent and makes a great starting point for exploring Alte Augsburg! The friendly staff are always available and very helpful. Tasty breakfast with countless options.

Communication from the hotel was excellent- down to the location of the underground carpark and on line check in. We arrived earlier than planned and our room was ready for us which was amazing. Hotel is very centrally located for seeing the old town and also close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike

All the staff were very attentive. Fried egg/scrambled made to order. Perfectly made delicious omelettes.Good quality pillows provided in the bedroom.

Nothing not to like.

Everything! Top location, excellent breakfast and super friendly and helpfull staff. We had the most gorgeous room.
