Staff, room was nice decorated and spacious
Bathroom need deep cleaning, tiles on floor were black and was not clean . Gave really uncomfortable feeling for such a price. It was like 1 star hotel bathroom
Isolated in not the best part of town. Able to find parking off premises,
Above-great rooms and modern, clean
Comfortable room, easy parking, coffee maker, frig, safe and air conditioning. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant for dinner (but pricey).
The location of the hotel is in a really dodgy neighborhood, so drive where you need to go, don’t walk.
The breakfast was incredible
Chips on the glass cups and used coffee capsules somewhat spoiled the overall impression.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.
While the food selection was good, there was no room service available to deliver meals or collect dishes. Orders had to be picked up directly from the restaurant, served on an open carrying tray with no packaging. At the very least, the food should be properly packed for takeaway.
Lovely modern hotel. Underground carpark. Room very nice with coffee machine and kettle. Also fridge. Bottle water & chocolate bar complimentary in room. Very nice bathroom. Complimentary toiletries. Plenty of sockets. TV has Netflix.
Bit further to walk into town for meal & drink than we thought, about half hour. There are some eateries closer but main town is half hour away.
Staff was generally friendly and accomadating. Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Fire alarm went off at 06:30 due to kitchen staff error. Bookings were messed up for large group.Shard of glass found in Pina Cotta desert.Other than that it was great. The Berlin location was far superior.Area around the hotel was a bot run down.
Room was excellent very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely everything you needed. Tram only 2 min walk easy to get in the Centre and to get to Munich by train. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
Clean, easy check in, very good breakfast, good location, good parking, friendly staff
