ibis budget Augsburg City

Even though the hotel calls itself 100% smoking-free, the smell in our apartment was unbearable. It smelled like there have been heavy smokers for years - it was really hard to breathe. Without an open window it stank like crazy. You could also already smell a strong perfume of weed once you entered the elevators. Also we got a small "visit" from a cleaning lady at 8:30. She knocked at our door and immediately went in - even though check-out was at 11:30. This was really disturbing.

Overall good location, and great price!

Bed was a bit uncomfortable; mattress was too hard for me personally.

Free parking and gas station next to hotel to buy some food and drinks.

No every day cleaning, using a typical "environmental" bs as excuse to clean only every 4th(!) day. Small bathroom, sink in the room, too far from center and train station.

Cleanliness, front desk personnel.

Very small room. The location was not central enough for us.

Simply a solid choice for a place to stay a few nights. Convenient to a few stores but not crowded. Pleasant staff, clean room and good price. A decent 10-15 minute stroll to the train station but not too bad.

Only there 2 nights but nothing stands out as a negative.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Safe bicycle place. Good value.

Room was a little narrow.

The staff were helpful and friendly.!

It was too far from the station and the facility was was a bit too old.

The location was near the city center and hbf.

The room is really very small. It is even very congested for two adults.

Well located, if you are bringing kids the breakfast is worth it, since they eat for free so the value of 12 euros per adult is worth it. Rooms really small but nice.

Very small quadruple rooms and they don’t change the towels in the whole stay

As expected, all in all fine

Staff havent processed my booking it was kind of weird, but i had to pay first night at the machine and tomorrow to pay again for the remaining days of stay.

Big parking, clean, easy access from road, great for a roadtrip.

really cheap and uncomplicated

crazy drunk people next to us

Price was reasonable

Room had no heating, it's winter it was very cold, Bad pillows very small blanket in 203cm tall small bed very small bed bad matrass bad towels

Super nice staff. Was okei for value and bed was super comfy

Okei location but a bit far away from the center. Still manageable

Clean, near motorway, very convinient for a stop. Lot of services near by (gas station, food shop) and 30min walk from center if you want to visit

A very comfortable room and beds. The room is very quiet.

The coffee dispenser in the lobby is outdated

Big parking, clean room, my 2 dogs was with me and everything was ok.

Great value for the money. The room was as expected - simple and clean!Great parking in front of hotel.

The hotel offers parking and is in a good location to exit onto the highway.

I thought the atmosphere was cold and commercial. The vending machines and the minimal lobby gave me this impression.

Fine for one night pretty inexpensive

A bit away from city center/ near highway
