4 Sterne Hotel & Restaurant Haunstetter Hof Augsburg

I was there fore participating @ TÜV seminar. Unfortunately my desk light was not working. I claimed it 3 times. and I was waiting for 3 hours until someone checked and detect that in the meantime there in no one present to fix it. So I lost much time for preparation for next day because the other light was not sufficient.

Staff and restaurant were very good.

Room was very small.

Our room was a bit small but very clean and quite adequate for a one night's stay. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because of its on site restaurant. After a long day of driving we were happy to be able to just go downstairs for dinner. Our meal was delicious and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast the next morning was very good. We appreciated the onsite parking as well.

We didn't have the proper remote control for the TV in our room. We called the front desk and they sent someone to help but he couldn't solved the issue. It wasn't that big of a problem as we were only staying overnight, but it should probably be rectified for future guests.

Cleanliness of the hotel , staff in the hotel . Facilities were new and very good .

Noise of hotel ventilation system

Location. Staff.

No kettle or coffee in room. A small expense for the hotel (provided in other rooms)

A top hotel with secure parking. The evening meal was top quality and excellent value for money. Friendly staff.

Parking and breakfast costs were on the high side.

Modern, nice environment, nice but expensive breakfast

Our room had spider webs and a few spiders on the ceiling, we told the manager who said they were going to clean it before we get back from our excursion but they didnt clean it at all and they didnt even care to ask if our room was okay after our complain.

This is my second time here, and once again, everything was perfect. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail truly set your establishment apart. I appreciate the efforts of your staff in making my experience enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and will certainly recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

We were really late upon arrival and they helped us by staying later.

Unfortunately the wifi had some technical problems, but it was an exception so not really an issue for future guests

Very nice staff, the breakfast was tasty. Nice room with comfortable bed, modern and clean bathroom

The hotel is situated right next to a frequent road so it is not so calm at night

Great Location. Staff receptive and understanding to feedback at departure.

Hallways are very dated and dirty. Especially Walls have lots of dark marks and scratches.Rooms are (besides the room size) not up to a 4-Star Standard. Armatures and the shower in the bathroom are full with limescale. TV not wired properly and dangling around. Plain white walls, no decorations or wall art.

Very nice Garden beer, good restaurant , warm dishes, a lot of parking place, 10 or 12 Euro / day

Not turistic attractions around the hotel. Be attention where you parking the car in the city, do you not have anywhere an parking machine and you can get a panalities any time , for more than 30 minutes stop

Nice clean room, with comfortabel bathroom

The front is a bit noisy with traffic

Very hice room, clean and spacious

Restaurant was not up to the quality of the hotel.

The room was in the attic and very small, not as stated in the hotel description. Also they charge us the parking with 10 E

The small roomThe chargeable parkingVery expensive

Good restaurant and fairly good breakfast.

Air conditioner didn't work. Unbelievable hot in the room. There was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door.

Clean and comfortable room, free undercover parking, lift access from garage to room level. Excellent restaurant. It was situated on a busy road but the room was very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nothing to mention.

Nice and clean room.Almost nice bathroom.Car parking is big plus. The breakfasts is very good too.

The room will be ok if was bigger. The restaurant need more options. The staff need to speak English.

friendly, welcoming, clean and great food.

Super stop over and bonus of good woodland walks not far from the hotel.

All good. Air conditioning good. Staff excellent. Very friendly reception area/restaurant/bar area. Staff traditionally dressed…..nice touch.
