Super beautiful onsen resort. We had a lovely japanese style room with ocean view, which was exactly as I imagined it to be. The staff is lovely, and the hotel has lots of facilities to use for free (two onsen facilities, game room, ping pong room, food bath, lounge with free coffee). The breakfast is exceptionally good. It's not in the city center, but we knew that, and you can get there quickly by tram or bus.

Meal variety was ok. Dinner & breakfast were buffet except menu was the same for both nights & mornings.

I chose Japanese style room because this room seems the only one has a bath tub in the room.(I believe it said hot springs). It was small regular bath tub and not like they showed in the pics. The photos are totally misleading. The location was not great unless you fly in/out from airport. Not worth for the money even though it was shown as sale. I would be so upset if I had to pay regular price.

This hotel is located outside of Hakodate City and at waterfront. Hot spring is good temperature and makes me very relaxed. It has great views. All staff are friendly and have great manners. Breakfast and dinner are optional and great selection and good quality.

Not much to say, but it would be great to have special menu with extra cost like uni (urchin) and hotate( scallop) at dinner.

The king crab legs at the dinner buffet exceeded expectations. The view from the outdoor hot spring is ideal for relaxation, and the breakfast is excellent.

They charge you with minimal fee even if you do not use the public bath. Room was large but bathroom especially the toilet is in an awkward position.

Amazing view from the public onsen - you can see so much. Room was as described, loved the atmosphere. Especially with a group of friends - it felt a bit like a school trip.

Location - was not easy to get there.

I like the big room with ocean view. The onsen has big pool, bubble pool and suana room.

The hotel is quite far from Hakodate JR station so we need to take taxi to the hotel. It would be good if the hotel provide shuttle bus service.

excellent service. We left our baggges there in the morning. While we checked in the afternoon. They already place our baggages in our room.nice public battub also.

No shuttle to downtown Hakodate . Too far from downtown. Difficulty to get transportation . Staff didn’t have Concierge to guide you around town Bathroom very tiny
