Comfort Hotel Hakodate

Close proximity to the JR station. Easy to get to and great buffet breakfast.

There was only one elevator, but I was on the fifth floor so luckily I was able to use the outside stairs to check out on time

location near JR Hakodate station / clean / comfortable / good breakfast

Great location 2 blocks from JR station and next to a trolley shop. Excellent breakfast included. Modern facilities in room and building. Easy walk to market and dock areas.

A single, small elevator and no stairs can be a hassle during busy times at checkin and breakfast/checkout.

decent breakfast, walking distance to train station, eateries and place of interest. right in front is the tram line which is super convenient to anywhere

The breakfast is unexpectedly good with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Only one elevator for the whole building which needs patience during check out time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable.

Great location right in front of the hotel and a very popular tram stop. It’s also just a minute’s walk from a great play area for kids. I also liked that it came with a free breakfast.

The bathroom wasn’t really clean…and it looked like a lot of details (in terms of cleanliness) was overlooked. There’s only one elevator so mornings got quite congested.

Good location, very clean, friendly staff good value for money, good breakfast

Great location with a good breakfast and good sized room. The hotel was great value and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fine and we would stay there again.

Spacious room and good location to reach attractions. Complimentary breakfast is available.

There’s only one lift.

Breakfast was excellent. It was the prime location. Staff were helpful

Apprexciate the fact that Their twin room is larger than their standard room. Bfast area is small but adequate for the guests

Great location. Walking distance to good food, shops and the JR.

The beds were like bricks and the pillows were very thin.

all good, the stuff spoke great English and was always ready to help, breakfast was Japanese style so I absolutely enjoyed it. the location was great too, close to main train/bus station (where you can take bus directly to the airport) and 20/30 mins walk to pretty much all of the attractions.

Very close to Hakodate JR station, close to the seafood market and tram stops, clean and comfortable, free breakfasts

Slightly small room but manageable

thanks to one English speaking staff who helped me with smooth check-in and coin exchange for laundry.

The breakfast was great, and check in was very simple.

I didnt like that I couldnt see out of the window or open them, I stayed at two different comfort hotels, and they were both this way.

Breakfast was excellent, location was absolutely fantastic - really close proximity to both the JR station where we arrived and the seafood markets. They also stored luggage for us when we left.

Room was a little small but excellent value regardless.

Good location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfort room
