Really nice staff! Luggage storage before check in available. Free breakfast. Rooms were spacious. 8min walk from the train station.

Only one elevator. Breakfast options aren't that great, especially compared to other Toyoko branches I've been to in various cities.

I didn't ask or reserve a smoking room, but they specified a smoking room for me. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes. the smell of cigrate in my room

The ladies who prepare and serve breakfast need a special mention - they are welcoming, friendly and their food is wonderful

A very nice hotel near Hakodate station - everything as described in the offer. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful - great breakfasts. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a great hotel only 500 meters from the train station, 1 block away from cafes and restaurant's. The rooms and hotel are super clean. The breakfast is delicious with a good food menu of Japanese food.

The bathroom has a step and it's not designed for disabled folks.

Hakodate catering team, not as efficient as in Toyoko in Osaka, and the breakfast not as tasty. If you are late, meaning around 9, breakfast til 9:30, you will have a limited choice of food.

It was a perfect stay. Everything was nice, clean and convenient. The staffs were very friendly and everything was so well explained.

It was clean and functional and staff was accommodating. Very good location.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and good breakfast that varied daily. The room was organized well enough to be able to open large luggage and the desk was big enough to use a laptop. The bed, pillow and chair were all good and comfortable.

Bathroom was very small and the shower was controlled from the same controls as the sink, which took a bit to get used to. I also had intermittent issues with the wifi connectivity.

It is close to the Hakodate station and very convenient. There are a lots of food and restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and tidy.

Location、comfort、price 、simple breakfast are all suitable for a man traveling alone like me.

4pm check in was a tad later than I'm used to but they do let you store luggage so it ain't too bad.

The room was well proportioned, fully equipped with everything you would need, the bed was comfortable, and you could adjust the indoor temp/humidity via the aircon+humidifier(big plus). While the staff don't speak English, they were incredibly helpful, kind and addressed all my questions carefully and thoroughly.

The rooms were small but contained everything we needed. The location is close to the station, local public transport. Breakfast featured local dishes and was ample. We appreciated to efforts relating to environmental sustainability.

The mattress and pillow was too firm.

Being a solo traveler, this is the only hotel which I managed to book within my budget throughout my 3 weeks trip in Japan. It’s a very worthy stay with breakfast provided and relatively spacious room for one (compared with my friend’s stay in Tokyo). The hotel is very accessible - within 10 minutes walk from the JR station and the tram station. The room is clean and the staffs are very helpful as well in guiding me on the check-in and check-out procedures.

There are only 2 washing machines and dryers each (4.5kg capacity) at the lobby which I think it’s not sufficient to serve all the customers within the hotel. Needed to walk to a laundry shop 7 minutes away to wash my clothes as the person in front of me elected a 120 minutes dry at 9pm.

Convenient to JR Hakodate station. Clean room, decent soundproofing. Quality products for breakfast that included some local Hokkaido produce - a nice touch, that I appreciated

WIFI very poor. Also 4pm check-in time is too late
